I would give 0 stars office workers making appointments are rude Absolutely the dudiest office workers ive ever talked too. Keeper on hold for 30 min. Too lazy to get the referral sent to office to check coverage in witch the had on file already. The staff is making to doctor look bad.

tried calling all morning and was patiently holding after 2 mins the call would disconnect. i call back and they just stop talking and place me on hold. All i wanted was to confirm the address for my first appointment today. i understand there's a line of people i just want to be apart of it and not get disconnected multiple times.

I had a very positive attitude about this office. Then after my treatment I called about follow up and have been put on hold for 5 minutes, 10 minutes and continued to get put on hold over and over. If the staff are that busy I think they need to either hire more staff or actually get back to the patient sooner. If they don't want to follow up on my treatment then just say so and quit wasting my time and patience.

I been trying to call for a prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy about a month ago. Call today twice they have me on hold for more than 30 minutes and no luck.

The customer service was terrible. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and informed me that I couldn’t schedule an appointment until July 2025, which is seven months away, as they are fully booked.
