This review is to compliment the Doctor and the staff at West Medical for my appointment today. Dr. Sarabi is simply the best in his profession, and provides superb treatment and care for anyone with vascular disease or problems of any kind. You can’t get any better than Dr. Sarabi, the epitome of his profession. And the staff at West Medical is outstanding, from their very capable Office Manager Janette, to their very competent Ultrasound Technician Julie, and their very professional, friendly, caring, and competent Medical Assistants Samonia and Damaris - they all are of the highest caliber, with exceptional training and knowledge of their particular field of endeavors, with which they provides the ultimate care and comfort for their patients. And I want to give individual special notice to their Medical Assistant Damaris Soto, simply because she has always been the one to not only assist the Doctor with outstanding service during the performance of his surgical procedures, but she also has been the one to perform all of the cleaning, all of the application of sterile pads, dressings, and bandaging of all affected surgical sites, and provides complete aftercare instructions for the affected areas. Damaris is exceptional in providing the best of patient care, and is someone I greatly attribute to my overall success with West Medical. It is a pleasure to know that when you seek out medical help at West Medical, Long Beach, CA, you can be assured of obtaining the best Medical results available anywhere. Respectfully, Thomas A. El día de hoy tuve una cita en la clínica west medical y el Personal fue muy amable y tuve un servicio excelente El doctor Sarabi me respondió todas mis dudas Y me atendió muy bien. Y la enfermera Julie quien me hizo el ultra sonido muy profesional Y recepcionista Damaris Y la enfermera Janet Cuenta con sus dos idiomas español e inglés, para mí es de mucha ayuda porque satisfactoriamente entiendo todas mis preguntas y recomiendo que pasen a tratarse su problema del varia Gracias por todo su apoyo

The doctor took the time to answer all of our questions and did not treat us like we were too stupid to understand anything which is the usual attitude of most doctors we have seen lately. I now understand what is going on and they restored my faith in there being so good doctors left out there. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Just want to commend Wendy and Lidia for providing excellent service on my last visit in Rancho Cucamong Branch. I forgot something necessary and they make a way so I can still proceed with my procedure. Thanks again Wendy and Lidia. But all the staffs are friendly and attentive to my needs every time I visit here specially Roula and Maria. NP Gabby is so patient to answer all my questions and so nice to assure that I’m okay every time I have a procedure.

I had an amazing experience at the Veins Department, and I have to give a special shoutout to Samonia in the back for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in with my sister, she made us feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. I recommend visiting the Veins Department -- and be sure to ask for Samonia. She truly goes above and beyond!

Our visit to west medical was absolutely fantastic. The nurse Sam was fabulous and answered all our questions with patience and care and made us feel truly supported. The doctor was amazing, offering thoughtful solutions and making my wife completely at ease throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly and, welcoming and professional. Thank you all for providing such a positive and helpful experience.
