I want to share my husband experience in this office . He has appointment with Dr. Y. The appointment was rescheduled at least 3 times according to the office Dr has emergency surgery. And he has appoint through the phone Dr. supposed to go over with him for the results of his MRI . We are waiting almost 3 hours for her to call . When we call the office said they already put the noted on her desk . But we are still waiting for the phone call . If you want to choose this Dr. or this office . Thinking about this experience.... I hate to write negative review but I want everybody know ...

MOST ORTHOPEDIC’S do not have pleasant employees! So in this case I really want to thank the kind receptionist by the name of Monique who helped me schedule my son’s appointment and who has also given me all information needed as to what doctor he will be seeing, confirming time and date and the location.Just being amazingly helpful and sweet!I explained that my son was diagnosed with a possible fracture and needed to be seen today (I was being very difficult) she told me that she would be able to squeeze him in but that there is a possible 1-2hour wait because of the patient’s who were already scheduled and that they were completely booked and if not she can set the appointment for Friday and that my son should be fine because he’s being seen within the 5 day mark. AGAIN, MOST ORTHOPEDIC’S do not inform you of any of this! So, again the assurance that Ms. Monique has given me, we accepted Friday’s appointment and honestly I am very happy with my interaction with this office!

The most absolute and wORST STAFF on earth!!! I have been trying to get my knee injection for 2 months, nothing but lame excuse, and lies, and put on hold for 30 minutes every time to avoid talking.

Dr. Kim and his team at Dignity Health St. Marys performed a complete hip replacement for me (male, 65 years old) two weeks ago, and my outcome and recovery has been outstanding. Dr. Kim and I first talked about hip replacement 2+ years ago, and he gave me two very important instructions lose weight and get in better physical shape first. Once we made the decision last summer to move ahead, he helped me lose over 50 lbs and focused me on being physically ready for the surgery and recovery. The team at Dignity Health St. Marys did an outstanding job prepping me and my home support, so that when the day came everyone was educated and ready, mentally and physically. The procedure went very well, with much less pain and discomfort than I anticipated. I was on my feet and using the toilet 6 hours after getting to my quiet and comfortable room. I was home the next day, able to get up and down stairs the same day. I was out of bed without help two days later, off pain meds (except NSAIDs) after 4 days, and was walking without a cane in a week, getting up to 1 mile in 20 minutes by 10 days postsurgery. My dressing is off and Im walking normally and visiting the gym 3 days a week. Dr. Kim and his team are first class in every respect communicative, efficient, thorough, caring, and professional. I give them my very highest recommendation, and my eternal gratitude for restoring me to a painfree life.

Absolute god worst STAFF on earth, leave you on hold for 45 minutes, ducks calls, lies, does no action they are saupoused to do, been 2 months waiting for knee injection entire staff needs to be unemployed and homeless!!!!!!

I have had three surgeries performed by Dr. William Kim. The 1st one was for a hip replacement. I had very little pain and was up and about in no time. The 2nd surgery was for my left knee replacement in 2015. My leg was turned in and I walked with a limp. After the surgery, I was amazed at my very quick recovery time and the fact that Dr. Kim has straightened my leg. The next year I had my right knee replaced. My right leg was more deformed than my left leg. Dr. Kim straightened my right leg as well. I had very little pain, and a very fast recovery time. I am a 77 year old woman, and thanks to Dr. Kim, I am now a season ticket holder at Disneyland and able to walk around the park till closing time at midnight. I would not have been to do this without the surgeries performed by Dr. Kim. I will forever be grateful to this great doctor. Dr. Kim get Five stars in my book. It's been 2 weeks, left 3 messages still waiting for call back. Wmt to different doctor

Worst office ever. Dont call this number. I tried to make appointment for doctor Kim William. First time for my appointment Ive wait 1.5 months with a knee pain to go doctors visit, but they called me and canceled appointment at the day of appointment and thats not all. Later I received a bill that I didnt come to scheduled appointment. Front desk is terrible, they are like tired robots. I tried to make appointment second time again It was a months waiting time not guaranteed. So finally it was canceled again. I dont recommend even to call this office.

Dr Kim is pretty good, but the admin staff is not. Very nice, but inefficient. Multiple calls (for months) for something simple. Still in pain and still making phone calls ...
