Avoid the WW Clinic at all cost! It is a racket and they will NOT review your info and you will be answering same questions and more and then your provider or coordinator will be “Out” for days. You cannot cancel. I only joined because I wanted a GLP-1 and they promised to help with insurance approval. I gave up on all of that and just wanted other meds and it’s still an endless loop of requests and more questions and it is all just a stall tactic. It’s been almost a month and now they are saying I made a typo inputting my height and confirmed it was a typo and they have my drivers license but are insisting I get a letter from my PCP. It’s nuts. Have used other online clinics and it was smooth sailing. I am not surprised they filed for bankruptcy!
Do NOT use this new clinical program. I don’t think they even read the forms you fill out, which is very concerning as “medical professionals.” I was asked repeatedly to fill out forms that were already completed. They wouldn’t accept my weight photo-finally when I messaged a photo into a clinician chat, they accepted that. But it was the same photo I have been trying to upload. They never explained what had been wrong with the photo and why it wasn’t accepted the traditional way. Clinician‘s responses were vague, never fully answering a question, and I felt that no one really knew what anyone was doing Which is very scary when it comes to your healthcare. When I wanted to cancel, they said I could, but I’d still be paying for the six month membership. I signed up for. They were very flipping saying I knew what I signed up for. I signed up to get a weight loss medication. Not subpar care and medication that would’ve ended up costing me $1000 a month when they originally said that insurance would cover it. A massive bait and switch. I already contested the first month with my credit card and had the charge reversed. I guess I will just have to continue doing this for the next five months.
Absolute afrader.
I signed up... But after 9 months of non-use and realizing the products offered were very over-priced, I have asked for immediate cancellation etc. (realizing I was still paying for something that has not been used.) Weight Watchers will not entertain that and are continuing to make me pay. Buyer beware!
WW is not the same as it used to be. It’s all computer controlled now, can’t get anyone on the phone, chats with the clinic take FOREVER to complete (still on a convo with my clinician after 7 days of delayed back and forth with no conclusion), and they changed my membership option without my consent, prolonging my time with them. I asked for proof but they said it was done on my end. All of this through chat bc you can’t speak with any departments on the phone. They will not refund- it’s a money scheme and run like a factory. You don’t get what you pay for… terrible that they turned this way!
We have no Weight Watcher Centers within 35 miles. Did you know if you don’t go to a center one time per month to weigh that you cannot get Lifetime status? Such a disappointment! Again take your money but not there for the support when you reach goal, but can push meds for pharmaceuticals.
I will never use them again. I tried to cancel after signing up within 3 weeks. They will not let you!!!! You can not get your credit card out of their system. I have signed up 3 other times and never had a problem. With this new policy they will never stay im business.
Make sure to read the fine print of their policy.
I signed up for the WeightWatchers membership after being showed a treatment plan after answering a series of personal questions. At the top of the treatment plan was Zepbound. I signed up for a year membership which they did not include Zepbound and actually suggested going to another program because it was a cheaper option. They now will not let me out of the membership which is pricey and does not include what they said. It is expensive and extremely misleading. I said I would pay a fee or even switch to a shorter commitment, but no one will help me do this. It is just a money scheme and I don’t respect businesses that don’t stand by what they say.
I signed up for weight watches a while ago and have had my bank cancel the monthly fees twice (?) now as I just dont use it and cant afford it. they keep taking money out of my account. no way to stop it. my bank is investigating it but yet another one went out this morning! no way to cancel on their site. not happy!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
