COVID19 protocols sorely lacking at this facility. Waiting room was overcrowded, wait time was well over an hour. No screening or temperature checks when you enter the waiting room. No hand sanitizer at the desk or anywhere in the waiting room. Receptionists mask kept falling below her nose while she was checking me in. I felt very uncomfortable.

Just had a horrible experience with this office.  After confirming my appointment my phone and email. I was called today to see if I really needed to see the doctor because she was trying to lighten her schedule because of the holiday.  I  was coming in for a follow up on my knee but had also injuredmy foot 3 weeks prior.  When I called early november to get in earlier for my new injury then said to just keep my november 23 appointment that she had nothing else available.  I was told today that she couldnt see me for a new injury only a follow up???? Does that make sense and obviously no note was added about my new injury.  The person on the phone just wanted me to cancel.  I am in pain and now have to find another doctor.  I dont want to give the doctor a bad review but their front desk needs to find a heart.Never going back

This doctors office is stingy and not very concerned about the spreading of Covid19, enter here at your own risk.  WHY ?Firstly, on arrival there wasnt anyone at the door taking preadmittance temperatures or asking any of the questions about patients possible Covid19 exposures.Then while sitting in the waiting area I noticed that there wasnt any hand sanitizer available for customers. I saw a few bottles of it behind their glass partition, but none out in the waiting area. I found this extremely odd, and as them being very cheap, infection rates in CA were on the rise at the time. As I sat there waiting for my visit, I saw a women across from me, take her mask down below he nose. I asked her to please put her mask on properly and pull it back over her nose. She ignored me and continued scrolling on her phone. I then asked her why she was being so selfish and told her that if we all didnt work together, we were never going get Covid19 under control, she ignored me again.I had just finished my paperwork and when I dropped it off at the counter, I asked the person I gave it to, if someone could please tell the lady to pull her mask back up. One of the other girls came out of the back and spoke to the women, she finally complied. Then a few minutes later the office manager came out of the back, came over to me, asked if I had a problem and then rudely told me not to talk to the other patients in the lobby???After a very long wait, I was finally taken back to see the doctor. His male assistant asked why I was there, I told him I had neck, middle and lower back issues and was in terrible pain, an 11 on a scale of 110. He then told me that the doctor would only be able to see me for my lower back, as that was what was on my referral from my insurance company. He stated that if I wanted to be seen for the other parts of my spine, I would need a referral for those separately.I found this extremely odd because the day before I was seen by another Orthopedic surgeon and he had no problem accessing my whole spine with the referral he had received. He said I was in need of neck surgery a.s.a.p. as my MRI showed that my spinal fluid was being cut off by the discs in my neck and that I might loose the use of my arms if I didnt.My feeling on my visit was, that this doctors office was extremely parsimonious and wanted to make me come in for as many office visits as they could possibly bilk out of my insurance company.

I came here to see Dr Mallard. He is an awesome Dr and very caring. The staff is also very professional and helpful!

Oh boy. Where do I even start. I scheduled my appointment over three weeks ago. Today I arrived at my appointment and I was told my appointment was at 230. However they left me a message over the weekend indicating it was today Wednesday at 3:30. Mind you when I called to get the initial appointment I was left on hold multiple times eventually had to hang up and then call back again. Additionally, in no way do they tell you that you have to pay for parking and that this parking structure is associated with the medical center. I would not recommend this orthopedic center at all and Dr. Hanfkicks office really needs to get it together.

I have been a patient since 2015 and is extremely pleased with the doctors and staffing there. Very professional and know their stuff. We highly recommend them. You will be in good hands. I gave them 5 stars because they are worth that and even more.

If you have 2030 minutes to sit on the hold waiting to make an appointment and then finally talk to someone who answers and then puts you on hold again, this is your place.  Im assuming all the schedulers share one calendar with a lot of white outs and smudges on it because they cant seem to make an appointment without putting you on hold again and then having some other person come back on the line 10 minutes later and start the whole grueling process over again.  If youre lucky, maybe your injury will heal while youre sitting on hold so thats why the one star.  Otherwise, good luck trying to see someone there.

Dr perry Secore comes highly recommend by many doctors  Dr Secore cares for his patients. Im a witness to the good care l received from office staffThey treat you as an individual. I was impressed with Dr Secore from day 1# he did my surgery kept me comfortable, managed my pain, made me comfortable. He was at my bedside when I awoke. This Dr keep your trust! Every exercise he gave me l did. My recovery was quick n safe by Gods Grace. I believe his hands are truly blessed from above. Im in need of another knee replacement  it appears worn l pray to God Im able to have surgery n play baseball with my special needs kid... again Shalom

16 months ago i broke my my lower rt leg, both fibula and tibia. Paramedics  took me to Los AL Hosp on a Saturday afternoon. Dr Hanflik showed up at my bed as he was in hospital and took over. He ordered additional  tests and x rays explained my options in clear  English.  Next morning,  on Sunday, he did extensive surgery to repair and install rod and screws.  He got me two weeks  of in hospital  rehab at St Marys.  I have been a slow healer and he guided  my care with in home PT. He did and additional  surgery which  promoted  my healing. Now some 16 months later  i have a normal  active life.Dr Hanflik is direct and pleasant in communicating with you and very professional. He is young and based on numerous engagements  with him, i feel knows his stuff.

Stay away from Andrew Hanflik there is absolutely nothing I can say thats positive about my initial experience with him. If youve read reviews about this person, heed them, they are correct. His bedside manner is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional he did not even asses my MRI completely and disregarded my concerns, instead he insisted on operating on my shoulder and I told him no, he drove his thumb into my knee joint and caused me to scream and he laughed. I wouldnt take a dead dog to this doctor and Im using the term dr lightly3/13/2019: The office manager called me as a result of my yelp review, and we spoke about my experience with this individual, she was astounded and completely apologetic. She did (repeatedly) offer me a reexamination by the owner of the business Dr. Socorro, at which I declined. I advised her I had already spoken to my provider and obtained another physician in a different office. She did offer to make copies of my evaluation and readings and get them to the new Physician, this I appreciate. I do appreciate the time she took with me in regards to my experience with Andrew Hanflik. She further stated that she would be speaking with both Dr. Secorro & Hanflik.
