The worst hospital. I was taken there miss diagnosed and lucky didnt take the meds that wanted to give me. My Dad had surgery and they dropped him end up full of bruises. Another time he was there they gave him ambien after we told them not to. He was never the same again. I could go on with several other things that happened at this place but no need to waste the time. Just please never go to this place.

I wan to give a special thanks to Kristen Mesipam for her continues support of my daughter Adeline Fernandez. Kristen is a big part of my daughter’s recovery with her skills and aptitude are truly at another level of health care. Jonathan Bloomberg is so kind and always very attentive to all the staff needs and just eager to provide the best customer service ever. These are truly two employees out of this world. I just wanted to pore my heart out for these amazing individuals. What an awesome experience I have with them so did all of my siblings that spoke to them in person. Thanks for restoring my daughter back to health. Thanks again from Maricela Resendiz.

Nathan is one of the worst and rudest nurses I have met. He managed patients on the first floor including my father in 100B. Extremely unprofessional he should not be in medical care or service. From day 1 he has had a foul mood. Difficult to get hold of or reach and if you ask him any questions hell put on his tude. He acts and shows like he is drowning in work in which case he should NOT be at the forefront. His unprofessionalism is too notch and as he mentioned hes walking out I told him yes I think youhe should. Disgusting person and disgusting attitude who is tone deaf. If you ask him any question hell be first to jump and say hes doing a great job and everything to look after my father. These are signs of his insecurity and low level of nursing professionalism thinking this is a sales game

Obviously this place sucks look at the reviews. Here’s another bad review for this garbage place they call a hospital. RUDEST STAFF EVER They love hanging up on you. Poorly managed. Poorly trained staff. Zero customer service or compassion.

Everything here is terrible you are better off staying at home because they will most likely let you die Go to Huntington Beach hospital at least you wont die but better then all go to Long Beach Memorial care way better.

What can I say about Los Alamitos medical center❤️ the best in the region it’s truly night and day if compared with Lakewood memorial😒 Los Alamitos Emergency lobby was fresh and so clean the beautiful smiling nurses🙏 at the counter were caring and attentive to my needs… Now the back where all the real action happens Well 😊 they were all amazing Wow what an awesome group of ANGELS waiting to help you I truly appreciate them all
