Dr Emma clay is trying to figure out what’s going on with my eyes I am beening sent to different drs when I first went to her it was my droopy eyelids all because of these visual eye testing that I take and don’t understand I click when I am suppose to they seem something else I googled that these field eye tests are never accurate it’s not my eyes it’s my eyelids! I did my research why don’t they sit and actual listen to the patient? Dr Emma clay seems to just passing me on.

I had my 1st appt with Dr. Clay & it was the best eye exam I've ever had. Her technician, Cassidy, was knowledgeable about all the equipment (& he used diagnostic equipment I had never experienced before) & he was very personable. Dr. Clay was thorough in her explanation, personable, caring & I look forward to next year's exam.

Dr. Emma Clay recently did my post surgery follow up exam after cataract surgery and she was very thorough and knowledgeable as she answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with the whole process!!

She is a wonderful caring Opthamogist. She did cataract surgery on my 90 year old father-in-law and he had great sucess. Her office is wonderful and all of her staffis caring and professional. I would highly recomend her to anyone needing a great eye surgeon!

Dr. Emma Clay performed eyelid "lift" surgery on both my husband's eyes and they turned out fantastic! She is personable, professional, highly recommended.

my first review was erased. I had a horrible experience with the vi peel care from Dr. Clay. I did not feel she cared about me and my experience at all. Before I write replacement review I want to see if this review stays on the reviews. I am waiting to hear from her to see if she changes my feelings.

This review either pertains to their service or their fax machine. I had a referral approval from my insurance to go to this place and they were in my insurance network. I called them up the first time to see if they received my referral approval. They said they have to check the fax machine and will give me a call if they get it. I said I have the approval letter and I can fax it to them. Which I did. No call back from them. The next day I called again and it was the same excuse about having the print outs from the fax machine and they will call me if they receive it. HOW LONG DOES A @#%&* FAX MACHINE TAKE TO DO A PRINT OUT !!!!.... I finally gave up and called my insurance to do another doctor search that was in my insurance network. Like I said either the fax machine is dead or they don't like my insurance. AVOID.

Wonderful

I needed eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) because my peripheral vision was really bad. Dr. Clay was wonderful from my first consult through my final post-op. She explained everything and took all the time needed to answer my questions at each appointment and on the day of my surgery. I am thrilled with the outcome, both functionally and cosmetically. She, her assistant Jessica, and the whole staff were not only helpful, they were delightful to interact with. I cannot imagine a more positive surgical experience, and I cannot recommend Dr. Clay more highly.
