I just met Dr Ayele today. I was assigned her by the insurance because my primary moved to research. Horrible attitude. I'm looking for a different doctor today. Read the other reviews.

Dr. Ayele supervised my autistic brother's medical care from 12/1/2021 to 5/17/2022. My brother was walking when he was admitted to a nursing home for rehabilitation, and was in a wheelchair at discharge. Dr. Ayele treated my brother for four and a half months; presumably she was aware that he was no longer ambulatory. On 5/6, I asked Dr. Ayele to sign a DMV placard application, mentioning I was trying to arrange for discharge. (All communications went through her assistant. The entire time she was responsible for my brother, she never talked to me, his legal guardian, even when his condition got so much worse.) Dr. Ayele refused, saying if he was going to be discharged, she was no longer his doctor--even though he was still in the nursing home with no discharge date. After several calls, her assistant came back with an extremely unprofessional offer. She'd sign the application, if I made her his PCP after discharge--medical extortion. Why would anyone want a doctor like that?

Great doctor with a great staff. When doctor Ayele's partner left the practice, I decided to stay with the office and have her as my doctor. She is really great...smart, caring, knowledgeable with a fun, very dry sense of humor. Her office staff is great! Responsive, helpful, thorough. I recommend this office highly!

My mom went to Dr Ayele for over 20 years. My mom ended up in a subacute in long Beach and she was also ger dr there. Finally I was able to bring my mom home. When the home health tried to get a hold of her to refill my moms scripts she said she was no longer her dr because she left the facility. I understand if dr Ayele was not her dr before the subacute but she had been my moms dr for over 18 years before she went in. So my mom is on a ventolater left with no meds and no dr when she got release. Dr Ayele at least she could of gave my mom warning and gave her a few months supply of ger medicine. What kind of person let a lone a dr do this to someone. So sad.

Dr Ayele has been my doctor for years. She's very thorough, straight forward which I truly like, truly listens to my concerns, caring and honest in her opinions!

She doesn't care about her patients and isn't compassionate. Further she is rude and has little to NO bedside manners. Dr Ayele told me the case manager at the hospital where my mom was admitted would assist in locating a skilled nursing community for her. Next day Dr Ayele calls me and tells me emphatically she doesn't qualify for skilled nursing. Dr Ayele is the one who ordered the action in the first place and she has the nerve to yell at me and tell me that I need to pick up my mom from the hospital. There were other issues with Dr Ayele and could go on but would recommend considering other doctors.

If I could give this place a zero star I would! I have heart issues and had COVID back in July. Since then I have been trying to get a referral code to see my cardiologist. It has been SEVEN MONTHS trying to get this code! My heart has been so bad I had to go to urgent care for someone to see me! This office is so ridiculous! Especially the front desk girl who OBVIOUSLY has NO IDEA what she's doing! I call, they don't answer, leave messages, they don't return them. FINALLY after months I get someone on the phone she tells me my insurance is terminated. I call my insurance and they said no it's not and fax them saying it's INDEED active. Still no referral! Another month I got one in the mail and ITS THE WRONG CODE! I'm currently in the office because again, they didn't answer and they are fighting with me about getting itON TOP OF THAT I have been trying to get a EARS, nose and throat dr referral for 3 months now and guess what?!?!? STILL NO REFERRAL CODE! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I have never met a more unprofessional doctor. She charges you a copay and $35 to fill out one form with two signatures, which she fills out during the scheduled 15 minute interval she has with you. I have never met a Dr who would do that, as it is a part of their duties. She is not personable, brusque and beyond rude. When I told her that I spoke to my insurance company and they told me that a doctor's office couldn't charge to fill out one form, she told me she would send me to collection. Over $35. In front of other people. I never met a doctor who would talk to a patient like that. She doesn't uphold the principles of being a doctor, nor does she deserve to treat patients with an attitude like that. I don't normally write reviews, but I hope this helps someone in the future. Do not pick this doctor to be a part of your healthcare team. She doesn't care about patients and it is very obvious why she went into the health care field in the first place.

Horrible doctor. THIS LADY YELLS AT HER PATIENTS THEN HANGS UP!!! I went to see her because I was pain. I left messages to follow up on my case and finally got a call back from one of her staffs today. I can hear her over the phone in the background. Then she grab the phone and was very rude telling me that she had told me to go to orthopedic surgeon to get an MRI. She never spoke to me about any of this nor did I ever received this information. I was trying to tell her that all I know is that I got a referrals for Ortho surgeon which I don’t need surgery and never ask for one. She doesn’t stop talking or yelling at me and ACCUSED ME OF NOT REALLY BEING IN PAIN AND JUST DOESNT WANT TO GO TO WORK!!!!!!! I was shocked! Is this how doctors are now?! If she had follow up with her patients she would know that I have been going to physical therapy and not getting better and had asked to go to a different one to see if that would be better. I had also asked for chiropractor through her staffs. She never once try to see how I was doing. She never got the progress report from my PT. She said she’s not my secretary and have to get my progress report from my PT. I had told her staff if she needed the progress report then the PT could fax her one. This doctor doesn’t do any paper work online. I needed disability done for the time I need off from work and somehow they never received my paperwork in the mail. I got paperwork from EDD within 3 days of my request! You have to go there physically to give her paperwork and get her to sign for your medical leave note for work. She charges you $35 to sign that paper. She tells you to fill out what you need?? Isn’t that why I went to see the doctor so she can tell me what’s wrong with me and what’s best for me? I had to look up what I need for light duty because I have no idea. I have never had to be on leave before. I have never been in this kind of pain before. I waited 2 months before coming in to see her because I had hoped it would go away. I had requested for 3 months for light duty but didn’t know it would take a month before I could get referrals then I have to make appointment which wasn’t available right away. How could you accused your patients for not really being in pain?? I’m still in shocked. Why would I go through all these paper work and having no work and making no money? And spending money on copays and now I have to pay for my own insurance because work doesn’t cover longer than 12 wks. Go to this doctor if you are not sick but don’t go to this doctor if you are. I WASNT PLANNING ON BEING SICK. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE A DOCTOR. YOU DONT ASSESS YOUR PATIENTS NOR CARE!!

This physician was great!! When I hace a problem she is very quick to diagnose and treat it! Her office is very efficient and always very courteous!! I highly recommend her and the office!!!
