There’s no Doctor like Dr.Lowe! He takes the time to listen. He is a wonderful physician.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Lowe since he was a little, and recent years I have been going with him to Dr. Lowe for his visits since we moved back to SoCal. Every time we turned to Dr Lowe, we know he is gonna take care of them for him and that he is in absolutely good hands. Only a doctor who truly cares about his patients would be this thorough and thoughtful in his diagnosis and treatment. Recently, I have experienced some health issues and was told to find a specialist by multiple physicians, however, the help from these physicians does not extend beyond their limited scopes. I could not even get any facetime with specialists for months. I turned to Dr. Lowe and became his patient with my husband's referral. He reassured me with his knowledge on the subject so I'm not as lost I was. He was able to get me tests and specialist appointments with a wait time of days!! This is truly amazing especially after seeing other physicians shrugging their shoulders at me for weeks.

Dr. Lowe is the most caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and dedicated doctor I have ever met. (He has been our family doctor for over 25 years.) My husband's complicated medical condition - congestive heart failure, liver and renal disease, and ascites -requires referrals to and coordination of several specialists. Dr. Lowe referred him to outstanding doctors and continually monitors him with lab work, office visits, and group texts to all doctors involved with his care. He will call or text us anytime day or night to check on how he is doing or to give lab results. If a test is needed, Dr. Lowe arranges for it to be done immediately. He has definitely extended my husband's life along with a better quality of life. The office staff are caring and efficient and are very supportive of his patients. Dr. Lowe is a concierge doctor, and he is worth every penny of his fee.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lowe for years. I've never had a doctor who is so passionate about the health and well-being of his patients. I can honestly say Dr. Lowe saved my life. Not only did he see me through a life threatening experience. But taught me how to maximize my health through natural supplements, exercise and awareness. Thank you Frank. And my family thanks you.

Thank You Dr Lowe for dedicating your life to the care of your patients. You are an amazing physician and person. You always go above and beyond for all of your patients!So grateful for you Dr Lowe!! P.S. it is unfortunate that most people use this forum to complain about wait time etc.... I know from being your patient for many many years that you work your patients in when they need to be seen on an urgent basis ins daily basis... People need to remember the day they were worked in to your schedule when waiting to see you! I Do!

My late husband and I were patients of Dr. Lowe. I dutifully defended him regarding his multiple hour waiting times, months to get a staff member to take 3 minutes to deal with an online quickie authorization or referral. It once took over a year (no joke) for someone to complete a one page request for a non-formulary drug. Names, addresses 4 check boxes and a signature. I had to "follow up" for months to get most referrals processed.Staff turnover has been a nightmare. When he announced that he was going concierge I did everything to stay. My husband was a 100% disabled veteran who put in 30 years of active duty service, even after losing a wife and two children. As a senior widow, my husband's death left me emotionally and financially devastated. The military health insurance that we have is affordable but does require that my PCM take, literally, 2-3 minutes to process a referral for a specialist. I made sure that I made an appt 2 weeks before he stopped being a Tricare provider. He was to have processed a new referral for my existing orthopedist (post polio, advanced joint disease, diabetic and much more) a neurologist, gynecologist and podiatrist.I called to find out what the hold up was and found that Lowe's office processed ZERO of those requests for service. I have no recourse, my knee is the size of a cantelope and I can barely put my right foot on the ground.My loyalty, patience and support through years of 5-7 hour office visits, constantly having to follow up for months and more for prescription and service requests did not even deserve 15 minutes attention, despite planning, to see that I would get some much needed medical care.

Yes you wait, your waiting for a doctor who is swamped and it is because he is deeply involved with his patients and always does as much as he can to make it better. Some of the reviews should be removed especially without providing proof you can ruin someones career! Some of these reviews are not from genuine Yelpers.

I met Dr. Lowe in my twenties, in the 80's, when I was working my first corporate job and he was a new doctor. He remained my doctor for many years and the only reason I stopped seeing him is because I moved from north OC to South OC, the drive up to Cerritos was too far after work which was also in South OC. He is a great doctor who really cares about his patients and their well being mentally as well as physically. Dr. Lowe, if you are reading this, a big "hello" & much love from Manon!
