Got my daughter ready, loaded the car and took time out of work to take my daughter to get her 2nd flu shot and the doctors office calls to let me know (15 MINUTES BEFOFE OUR APPOINTMENT) that they ran out of flu shots. Are you kidding?!?????? How irresponsible of the staff to not check this before my appointment and let me know AHEAD of time. They even called to confirm the appointment prior to it. SOOOOOOOO IRRITATED!!!!!!!

Staff never answers phone calls and is rude when they answer. Sad to see such nice doctors with rude staff. After today with staff not answering I plan on not going back. What's the point if they dont answer my calls or act annoyed when I ask questions.Sorry, but the medical assistant talks like a robot and acts like one too. She seems to hate her job and is pretty rude. Office workers are not nice except for one lady. Sad to see this place going downhill.

I love Dr. Melanie Blumenthal and my son does too!!! My son is not afraid to go to his doctor appointments, in fact, he looks forward to them. Dr. Blumenthal is the most sweetest, kindest, caring, loving, patient, warm hearted person i think I've ever met!!!! I wish she was my pediatrician when i was a kid... I highly recommend her for your child's ped, she is the best!!!! And her voice is as sweet as Snow Whites! She's lovely!!!! Great staff too! And very clean with decorations of Disney characters in each waiting room. Cuteness overload!❤

Doctor & staff are very friendly & nice. Dr. Melanie is good listener & took care of my daughter's issues within 1 hr which took other doctors have done in 6 months to a yr. I strongly recommend Dr.Melanie !

Both Dr Melanie and her husband Dr. Rick are exceptional Pediatricians who go above and beyond to care for our children. My daughter, is now 19 and missed her doctor. Thank God they are still caring for my 14 year old son. The entire team is amazing! I am so glad I came in pregnant about 20 yrs ago and met the God sent best Pediatricians around.

We are new patients here & we love the staff! They are so kind! Dr. Melanie is such a great doctor! She is very informative & took her time to educate us on my daughter's health. My daughter enjoyed her visit so much she drew a picture for Dr. Melanie & couldn't wait to give it to her. We definetly would recommend this location!

Our daughter has been a patient of both Dr. Richard and Dr. Melanie's since 2012. Both doctors are very friendly and take the time to listen. In addition to the normal concerns parents have, our daughter has multiple food allergies. We have always felt that the doctors are very knowledgeable in all these areas. The doctors and staff have always responded promptly to our needs including scheduling appointments and signing forms for school. Dr. Melanie is good at expediting things! We are grateful for such first-rate medical care for our daughter. Many thanks to the doctors & staff.

truly is the best dr you will find! she cares about your kids, and will take the time to answer your question. this is a husband and wife practice, and her husband is just as good if you have boys I would recommend they see him he really good with them even shows them magic tricks, and funny show clips he gives good advice about after school activities and they show a great deal of concern about there health issues. the staff loves to joke with us and make us feel welcoming especially when my kids are really sick. they interact with the kids as well my three kids loves the girls up front, they did have a back office nurse that did not belong with the practice she was like an awkward fit, but glad to report she is no longer their! Jessica is amazing she will do her job which is front office but will also float to the back if the nurse is behind and I like that about her. she is also really sweet. over all this is a good place.
