Dr Neal is very thorough and takes his time with you. Very compassionate and knowledgeable of all rheumatoid diseases. He's my favorite doctor. Treats the whole person not just the problem you present with. Very caring man. Love him.

This doctor sends out fraudenlent fake bills stay AWAY! Fraudulent billing practices

WARNING FRAUDULENT " doctor" I have never even heard of this doctor and I stated recieving FAKE no show bills . They are scammers STAY AWAY!

He was my doctor for 5 or 6 years and the best I have ever had. I am hoping to speak with him soon. Have been out of the country for 27 years now back and need to call and get a top referral from him I live east coast now.Dr. Neal was and still is the best .

Very unprofessional to tell a new patient, who needed a translator, that getting someone who can translate on the phone was a complete waste of his time. Initially, when the appt was 1st made, I confirmed patient needed a Spanish speaking person to translate. Not to mention being on hold over 30 minutes to make an appt! Gosh!!! So might as well find a new doctor!! Ohh and the front office who speaks Spanish said she couldn't translate because if she said something wrong, that the doctor didn't say to tell patient. That we could sue her!! (I understand if she's unable to translate a diagnosis, but if she didn't know how to, she couldn't say hey you have such and such instead right!!! ) IM BEYOND UPSET!!

1. Appointment scheduled six months out and told to bring in medical records for review for earlier appointment.2. Brought records in and the office manager asked who told me to bring in my medical records for review by the doctor who will decide to make an earlier appointment. 3. Office manager said they do not review records for an earlier appointment Clearly the doctors office should NOT be accepting new patients if they are scheduling people out six months.Appears they wanted to see me first to racially profiled me before accepting me as a new patient and once seeing me in person had no intentions of letting me be seen.No matter how nice the doctor maybe, the office manager must go and be removed from working in the medical field. Yes, two grievances filed and it won't stop there.Shame on any doctor to have this type of practice in their office.

I love the doctor but I am considering finding a new doctor even though I’ve been with him since 2011. There is no way to get through to them on the phone so when there’s a problem or you need refills it’s impossible. The last time I was there they told me they had found the solution for this problem by hiring more people but the pharmacy and I still cannot get through to them and this is been going on for a long time.

He really listened to me. He helped me a lot I would recommend him to family and everyone. He treats the whole person makes you feel better after talking to him. A very good doctor.

I was a new patient and Dr Neal spent at least an hour with me. Very thorough and ready to answer questions, not hurried at all. I was told to get to the office 30 minutes before my appt. and filling out forms took all of that. Frustrating that you have to fill out the same personal information twice, on the administrative forms and the medical forms. They said I could have done the forms on the website, but neither the emails I got, nor the confirmation phone call, nor the text message mentioned that.

I was unable to see the MD, so this is review is only on the office staff, scheduling process.I have family history of rheumatoid arthritis in my family and after my yearly physical, my primary care physician suggested that I see a rheumatologist for some joint pain.I pay a lot of money for a PPO health insurance and as a result I do not need a referral to see a specialist. My primary care physician suggested MD's Neal (father and daughter). I called the front desk and was told I needed a referral. I explained that I have a PPO and don't need a referral. The front desk staff had the audacity to say, "Everyone's needs a referral. It's not fair to everyone else to see you without a referral." NOT FAIR??? I guess it's also not FAIR that I pay for a PPO, so are they reimbursing my insurance since they require a referral? Of course not.Fast forward...after the COVID vaccine, my blood work is showing signs of auto immune disease, my MD suggested to see MD Neal. This time I have blood tests that prove I should see a rheumatologist to get to the bottom of these results. I called the office of MD Neal and on the recording it states that due to adding another MD to the practice, the wait times could exceed 10 minutes.So after being cut off 2 times after waiting 7+ minutes each time, Nancy said that I needed a referral. I said that my MD had told me to make an appointment with MD Neal with my PPO insurance, so even through PPO insurance needs no referral, he did refer me to MD Neal. She said she didn't see a faxed referral. So after some back and forth, she finally stated that the next appointment was NOVEMBER 22.ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Whoever wants to experience significant delays in making appointments, if you can even get past the guard, then to be told that you have to wait 6 months for an appointment???Well, no thank you. I will be reporting them to my insurance company. This poor business practices and essentially insurance fraud is the reason that our health insurance system is so broken and wait times to be seen by an MD is so long.Just my experience, hope others have better luck, but i highly doubt it.
