I love Dr. Wong. I love the amount of time she spends with me. She never makes me feel rushed. She listens to my concerns and addresses them professionally and personably.

I really like Dr. Wong alot. So I don't get the bad review. She first tells me what she think about my situation and solution and we chat a little. Just like a mom. Definitely coming back. Only bad side is parking you need to pay. But $3 for 2 hours is really not bad considering plenty parking. Her staff on the phone could be friendlier though. When they pick up calls or do reminder calls, I feel like they're always having a bad day. LOL. But again, I really like Dr. Wong so I guess for me that's the main thing.

Dr wong is a very good doctor, she takes time explaining things to you, and she doe not rush the information to move on to the next patient. I have been going to her for quite a while, however the office staff can be rude and unhelpful. Just trying to cancel an appointment is very difficult. The person who the call is transfer to can not help with anything, but just to say that the staff is on lunch and to call back. I have been trying to call to cancel my appointment, and i called back after lunch, no answer, finally when i get someone to answer my call she is very rude. I have been meaning to write this for a while. The attitude and the rudeness it is unnecessary. It is Very disappointing.

Sadly I will most likely be switching my primary care physician to someone else soon since the front desk is so terrible at their job. They are not helpful and in fact make things more difficult for the patient!! Would it hurt for you to learn some manners!?!? It's so depressing in this office. I'm on hold sometimes for long periods when I call. When I go there I see their lines are blinking and they keep callers on hold unnecessarily! There is NO sense of urgency. Over the years they've refused to help make things right when mistakes are made and cause more work for me. I have even had another office staff from another medical doctor's office comment how unhelpful Dr Wong's office staff is - they don't return calls or refuse to agree to a callback, they are usually not available, they constantly refer work they should be doing on behalf of the patient to other providers. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY paying these terrible staff their salary.

Dr. Wong is a great physician. She spends time to get to know her patient and explain everything in layman terms. She's very thorough with her examination. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is the attitude of her front desk staff. I encountered the same female receptionist 3 times over the phone, and she was rude and unprofessional. She was not helpful. She cut me off when I was talking and explaining to her. I would rather go to a different doctor who employed professional and compassionate staff. This is a place that should help people, not brushing them off when they needed you.

I really, really like Dr. Wong. The reception staff are okay, though not terribly professional.But, I was there yesterday, and neither of the women at reception were wearing a mask. Sadly, I wasn't brave enough to say anything.

WHEN EVER I SEE DR.WONG I FEEL GOOD,SHE LISTENS TO UR COCERNS WHERE OTHER DRS.BRUSH U OFF. IM VERY HAPPY SHE IS MY PRIMARY DR.

Dr. Wong is an exceptional doctor. She Listened to my concerns and let me know my options. She is my primary physician. She treats her patients like they matter. Thank you. Everyone loves Dr. Wong
