List of Rebekah Neal Kraal's Reviews
I made an appointment, had to call and confirm my appointment because the office staff did not call me to confirm, showed up for my appointment, was told i had to wear a mask and I didn't have one. The office staff said they didn't have any to provide and so I was told I would be contacted to reschedule my appointment. I never received a call to reschedule. What I did receive was a $100 no-show bill that I am expected to pay... how is it a no-show when I was there????
Dr. Kraal is a great doctor. She’s a great listener and she’s smart! I often wonder how some doctors stick to their specialty while others have those wheels turning in their thoughts putting together all the pieces to provide the very best medical care. My appointments with Dr. Kraal are thorough. I leave her office feeling confident that with her help my health will improve. After all, isn’t that the goal? Dr. Kraal’s office is meticulous, friendly, and efficient. I’m very Lucky to be one of her patients..
Terrible doctor the crazy fat mexican lady yelled at me at the front desk throwing pins at me demanding I leave for no reason claiming I did not fill out forms when I did this her fat a$$ needs to go on liposection the doctor did not even listen the crazy lady then threaten to call the cops because I asked to speak to someone in charge which she was not in charge
The Dr is great…if you can see her. The front office staff is awful and unfriendly. I had to leave several voicemail's and emails before anyone bothered to call back. Appointment availability is 10 weeks out. Ridiculous. Would give 0 stars for service if I could! Without running lab work or seeing me (since April), I received a prescription of Humira at home. I just want to run some labs before I start a new drug (which seems like it would be standard medical practice).
The staff (Nancy the manager) is very rude and uncaring and hangs up on you when she doesn't want to listen to you anymore.
For the past several years, Dr. Neal-Kraal went above and beyond to treat and assist my mother who suffers from a chronic illness. Just recently, Dr. Rebekah Neal-Kraal did everything she could to help my mother recover from kidney problems. I have to say I am grateful that we met the best rheumatologist.
I really love Rebecca as a doctor I do and I don't want her to be misrepresented, but the nurses are rude! Its VERY hard to get ahold of her. Every single time I call I have to take a message and I NEVER hear back or they put me on hold for 10+ minutes answer the phone then hang up. I dont know who hired them but this is not how you treat Doctors patients.
Last may 11, my wife visited Dr Neal for her appointment. A few days later my wife contracted covid. Tks to the doctor for she warned us that she was tested positive for the virus. At least we knew it came from their clinic. I contracted the virus a few days later and still suffering from it: incessant coughing, sleepiness nights, fatigue. I am a physical training practitioner since childhood: running regularly, lift weights, shadow box, stick exercises, tumbling. Now I feel I am at my worst physical condition. Worst, the whole household is getting infected despite self quarantined protocols. Even our neighbors are getting bothered when they are seeing us wearing face masks inside our house. As a medical practitioner, you should be instituting these county protocols in view of the still raging covid pandemic. Look what has that lapse done to your patient and her family. Our supposedly normal life is seriously disrupted and now facing real life threatening menace that came from you. How ironic.
Dr. Neal may be a truly wonderful Physician—-but I will never know. My internist referred me to her office last June. I called immediately to make an appointment and was informed there would be NO new patients until November 30th. Reluctantly, I made the appointment. Last week I called numerous times to try and confirm my appt but was unsuccessful in my attempt. Yesterday I gratefully received a text confirming that I had a 2 pm appt. today—- I was there at 2 pm sharp. After waiting about 25 min I said to the receptionist that I was a new patient and would they like me to fill out the required forms? I was then told that new patients were supposed to be there at 30 min prior to the appt. I told her i received a text the day before confirming my 2 pm appt! She said they call everyone.without exception and that i would need to make another appt. I am told there are openings in March—or i could call in everyday to try a and get a cancellation. REALLY?? I can’t tell you how frustrating this experience was ——had i not spoken up i might still be sitting there! After 5 months, I show up at 2pm per the text confirmation and am told to make another appt. Who does that??! I have the upmost admiration and respect for physicians and all that they deal with. Unfortunately those who run the front office may not be representative of those they work for. I would never return to this office.
worst ever rude dr. walking around in this office with clacking her high heel shoes like she is gods gift along with rude staff , not caring at all .they make you feel like you are a number not a patient with a lifetime of health issues possibly lying yaaaa wow? i have been treating with my dr. for my issues for 35 years and is retiring ,i cant believe how they treated me and my wife ,i do not recommend this dr. to anyone looking for rhumatologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
