Robert Kaplan's Online Review Report Card

After having John’s Hopkins pediatrician on the East coast then moving back west and EVERYBODY I know recommended Dr Kaplan. And I have to say I am VERY pleased with his office and him. JHP is considered the top location in the state of Md. Yet Dr Kaplan’s office has by far shown more interest in listening to my concerns putting my worry to ease instead of sending me home with homework didn’t make me feel ridiculous for asking to be careful with vaccine injections. Being a fist time mom Dr Kaplan has made me feel comfortable and confident in my mothering this is HUGE thank you Dr Kaplan ☺️

18 month check in and Shots

Dr Shaw is one of the BEST here I love it when she’s oncall for the after hours calls. She really cares and wants the best for our children. One of the older hefty looking nurses could be a little gentler when it comes to giving the immunization shots other than that slight concern everyone is SUPER SUPER SUPER GREAT

My girls have been seeing Dr Kaplan and his group since birth. We trust Dr Kaplan and he is a very caring and professional doctor. My kids actually look forward to going to their doctor appointments. Dr. Kaplan is a great doctor to see for new moms as he really listens and cares about the family.

I copied and pasted my review from yelpWe recently switched pediatricians and my goodness Theres a night and day difference between these pediatricians and our former pediatricians.The parking is $3 in their lot but there are 2hr parking spots surrounding their offices so weve never had to pay.First off there is a sick waiting room a well waiting room. AMAZING Second as soon as we walk in its very child friendly Colorful paintings on the walls books for the kiddos a childs play table with a few puzzles for them to play with.The wait is not long at all As soon as were called back by the super friendly nurses were escorted to another child friendly room with more appealing aspects for the children. Very colorful chairs with more books and actual toys for the kiddos. Since I have to bring both children 3 week old and toddler my toddler LOVES it here Our previous pediatricians office was NOT AT ALL child friendly. Dull offices with no colors or books. Very plain. My toddler hated it.As soon as the nurse takes the babys weight and measurements she leaves and the Dr. enters shortly afterward. Both pediatricians that weve seen have been super attentive and really great with both our baby boy and our toddler who goes for the ride.Were usually in and out of there in less than an hour with two happy babies.ALSOOO.....My 1 month old recently caught the cold that infiltrated our home. I called the office right away and the secretary took our information and about 10 minutes later an informed nurse called me back to give me some tips as well as asked a few questions about how the baby was doing. I was so grateful and impressed with this type of service. Our previous pediatrician did no such thing. Soooo happy with these guysI thank God we switched to Dr. Kaplan. Soooooo happy with them and their offices

Dr. Kaplan was my children's doctor, they are now 27 and 25. I'm recommending my daughter to him for the care of my granddaughter. Dr. Kaplan, is kind, compassionate and straight forward. My son was born with a cardiac defect and after he was in the hospital for a month and had open heart surgery, he was still our primary doctor. He always knew what was needed and took excellent care of both my children.
