List of Total Care Cancer Center's Reviews
I've been having my Mammograms at this facility for about 5 years!!! Staff is friendly, personable and Efficient!!
The front desk girls at the imaging center refused a doctors order, insisted on an order change, and refused to schedule the appointment as requested. One particular front desk girl was rude, spoke over me, invalidated my concerns, and questioned my ability to relay information from my surgeon.
Very long wait time. They told me to come 20 mins early to register but it still took them an hour to get me fully registered. Too many steps and too much waiting before my appointment. Finally an hour later, I was seen for my Xray. Their parking structure also charges you based on time.
Avoid this place. Front office staff is rude and condescending. 1) I asked if they accepted my insurance as in network, she said ask another department, I have no clue. In the very next sentence she said we accept your insurance in network and we have contracts with them. Odd. 2) I asked how long it would take to get my images. She said at least 1 hour. I said I need to go see my doctor to check on something in the next building. She rudely said "sir IF we call you, you'll miss your opportunity". You just told me it would at least 60 minutes I'll be gone for 2 minutes! I've watched the entire waiting room clear with no call. Are they fast? No. See the photo and judge for yourself... They aren't checking in anyone with people waiting! The radiologist was very friendly. She informed me they were short staffed that day and apologized. Now why couldn't the unapologetic front office be more kind like this? Save yourself the time, go elsewhere, no matter how convenient this place may be. Almost 2 hours later, finally done.
I parked behind the building on the street to get free parking. I was late by 10 mins and they didn't have an issue with it. My tech was friendly and quick. The sign over the bathroom was hilarious. I think it's meant for a desk.
Came here for a procedure. The people working here were nice and not super rude like at other imaging locations. After you check in, they hand you a buzzer (like a restaurant buzzer) and then you wait. When the buzzer goes off, it is your turn and they tell you to go into a certain room. The problem I had with them was that they assume you've been there before and you know exactly what room/what location to go to after your buzzer goes off. I had never been here before and had no idea where to go. Other than that confusion, they were fine. The parking is confusing if you've never been here - you turn into the facility and it is a large parking garage with paid parking.
Avoid this place!!!!! Other than the tech's and nurses the place overbookes and takes a great deal of time to do simple things ie- X Rays Waisted time
My rating is based on the fact that they ALWAYS run late. I have to show up 20-30 minutes early simply to register, even though I have been here many times and the process takes 5 minutes Then I sit and wait again. So far I have been here for an hour. I find the lack of care for my time offensive
Used to love the efficiency here. Front office is LACKING and unorganized. Do not recommend long wait even with appointment
11:00 am appointment and still waiting to be called. It's now 11:56! Not acceptable. Takes time away from my job! If I was late, I'd have had to reschedule.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
