Dr. Nhu removed cataracts from both of my eyes. The surgery went very well and I've never seen better! She is competent and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nhu didn't believe anything I said, which made for a strange & frustrating experience, not to mention that this compromises her diagnoses. I had a punctual plug come out of my punctum. Dr. Nhu wouldn't believe me until I actually provided the plug & she looked at it under the microscope. Then, after she begrudgingly admitted that I had indeed had a punctual plug make its way out of the punctum, she refused to believe me when I told her that it came out of my lower punctum. It wasn't until I provided her with photographic evidence of the plug coming out of the punctum, which she asked for, that she believed me. Next, she refused to believe that I was experiencing dry eye problems because my tear film looked fine. She negated my experience entirely, didn't care about and dismissed all of my symptoms. This kind of condescension not only ruins the patient-doctor relationship, it also leads to mistakes in diagnosis and care. Will not return to this doctor.
