List of Twin Town Treatment Centers - Los Alamitos's Reviews
Very grateful for the concrete support I received from the counselors and staff can’t say enough good praise about them 🙏🏼
This place does not care about you after your insurance has exhausted coverage! I was told that I would be able to stay connected after I completed the phase of my coverage, and when I relapsed and tried to get in contact, I had no success. This place is a joke.
TT showed me how to deal with my addictive behaviour both internally shedding light on obstacles and issues and how todeal with them. And externally through meetings sponsorship as well as fellowship.
I am so grateful to the staff at Twin Town, the entire staff at the Los Alamitos location are such amazing caring people and are very knowledgeable about recovery and encourage me to want to continue to get and stay clean. The classes that Lorrie R and Kathy M teach have really taught me how to focus on self care and love. I am currently in phase 2 of the program and look forward to becoming an alumni of this location!! Thanks to all the staff who have been on this incredible journey with me!!
The Director rude and never available when you have a complaint or grievance. YOU CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THE STAFF. Overall people are rude here and this place wasn't worth my time.
Amazing program with people dedicated to treating addiction. Compassion, empathy, and strong work ethic. Great curriculum. Had an amazing time here. Shout out to Lorrie, Katie, Alaina, Erin, David, and everyone else who works at the Twin Town Los Alamitos location!
I feel that my treatment here at Twin Town Treatment centers as been extremely helpful. My counselor lorrie is one of the best at what she does here at Twin Town
They suck!!! Not a free service. The first thing they ask for is your insurance card and your social security number, and driver's license. So they can find a way to bill you. Trust me, you won't fit their criteria if you don't give them your insurance card #, social security #, and driver's license #. I didn't. I was referred to them for a sober living room I need to save money. Such a scam!!!!! If you want recovery, goto Salvation Army or AA. Quit letting places like this take your money. Salvation Army and AA are free.
I went in voluntarily because I have a history of in patient rehab and could not afford that luxury for my alcohol addiction. so I decided on outpatient. This place is a joke! As long as you have insurance you are in! Once. i completed "insurance covered" rehab, I could not get a call back after I relapsed. I called several times begging for a phone call back and,,,,crickets. These facilities are only after the insurance money. AND...THE SESSIONS ARE LAME!! It is pretty much ran by the clients and with no time limit as far as clients just babble on and on. Do not come here.....they do not care!!! WELL, as long as you have insurance..
You should not waste your time here. The counselors are terrible. There are so many useless employees at this company.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
