I was on hold this afternoon for 30 minutes. Hung up, called again, on hold 15 minutes. Pressed 1 for Dr or hospital and it rang for 2 minutes...no answer at all. Front office needs work!!! I believe I have a UTI and wanted to know if I could just drop off a urine specimen instead of going thru my PCP, Labcorp and all that. Can't even get a question answered! Finally had to call PCP. I need to find a urologist who has better phone practices!! Not acceptable!

I was in the office today for my follow-up regarding my cancer. I saw Dr. Jasmina dukovic, and had pleasant visit, and she is committed for my care. It lifted my spirit to have her on my side to make I am healed going forward.

My husband was referred to Dr. Nowfar by his urologist. Dr. Nowfar performed the surgery, 3 weeks ago. We have had a great experience considering the nature of my husband's diagnosis. I would recommend Dr. Nowfar to anyone experiencing urological problems.
