Dr. Aiello has good bed side manner and detail oriented. I enjoyed my consultation with him and eventually did surgery with him. I had my eyelid, breast implant and lipo done with him. Overall, I was happy with him, his staff and recovery follow up. He is very professional and he owns his surgery center. therefore, the overall cost is lower than other surgeon. He is a great surgeon and I highly recommend him for any cosmetic surgery

How to start.  Dr. Aiello ruind my self esteem with the face lift that he did in October 2017.  I don't look at people anymore because I tried to hide my face.  The scars on the bottom eyelids are very visible.  When I told him that I could not put eyeliner because of the scars, he lifted his shoulders and he said, "Whatever," and then he walked out of the room. He left me with a hole on my forehead. He had to put a filler, but I have to use that filler every 6 months, or the hole will start to show again. The scars on the back of my ears are also very noticeable that I no longer put my hair up. The right side of my fsce is like flat very different from the other side.  He left me with a huge scar on the right side of my head.  It is like 2 inches long, and very wide.  He redid it, but I saw no difference.  He also left me with a bump on the right side of my sideburn, he fixed the bump, but I was lest whth a scar.  I told the nurse that it was a big scar, and she said to cover it with my hair. The first 6 months of the sergery, I had a big bump on the right side of my cheek.  I could not cover it, I felt horrible. All the staff were very nice before the sergery, but after the sergery they became very quiet.  No one hardly talked. This was supposed to be a simple sergery, and would last no more than 4 hours.  The survey lasted 8 hours.  Furthermore, 30 seconds before becoming unconscious they told me, "This Is a student, but he is only going to be watching the sergery."  I did not had the time to say, "No." Furthermore, I did not sign any documents approving for the student to be there, and they did not tell me ahead of time. I feel very ugly.  My eye are the worst. I stopped socializing with people that did not know I was going to have this procedure done.  I don't trust doctors anymore.  In all, Dr. Aiello is rude and sarcastic, and he ruind my self esteem.  One advice that I give, is that Doctors are not God.  Do a research before doing any procedure.

I am 65 years old, and finally decided to have a face-lift [the works] after 5 years of contemplating the idea. I was pretty nervous... Well, I jumped in and had everything done on my face that I could think of... I'm about two weeks out of an all day surgery, and very happy with the results already. Of course, that was my main objective... to LOOK better, younger. However, I got way more with Dr A and his team. They are all caring, nurturing, and genuinely concerned! Thanks to all!
