Awesome, child friendly young staff is incredibly attentive, and quick. Very happy about the service here as I have had less than positive experiences with doctors/medical staff in the past — these guys do it well! The only advice I’d have is if they could verbalize what they were going to do before they did it. This would be very helpful to feel respected and prepared as a patient.

Unfortunately I was in need of urgent care service twice in one week, luckily I came across Xpress. My first visit was a walk in at the Los Alamitos office. The staff was amazing, I was in and out in 30 minutes. My second was a same day appointment at the Cypress location, again no wait time. The staff at both sites were so friendly, attentive and thorough. I would definitely recommend.

walked in ! Luckily it was pretty empty didn’t take anymore than 20 minutes! The doctor was so kind and very helpful 😭 first urgent care experience that was great! They followed up with a phone call to check up on me I definitely recommend this spot to my family members!

I sent my son to take my daughter there since we were close by. The man at the front refused to serve them. Assume they were there for narcotics. My daughter was in pain and hadnt spept in days and just wanted some help. Bad place to go.

Excellent care, the NP on duty took the time to listen, something not a lot of hospitals do. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs Urgent care not an ER visit. Thank you 😊

I explained all my symptoms over the phone and they said they’ll see me only to have me fill out a bunch of paperwork (with my non dominant hand since I was hurting) to tell me within 2 minutes that they can’t do anything to help me. Why didn’t they just say that can’t help over the phone? Just be honest and say you can’t help! I get that you’re slow but just to get money from my insurance seems low for people who are suppose to be helping others.

I brought my sister in because was in deep pain from her teeth. The man at the front desk refused to serve us. His exacts words were "we dont have narcotics here" i dont know why he assumed such a thing but that is just terrible.

The staff at Xpress Urgent Care in Tustin are very friendly. Being at an urgent care facility is nerve racking to begin with, although I was feeling horrible, the vibes of the staff put me at ease. My Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I did not feel rushed and instead was recieved with open ears and open heart. The staff truly care.
