I was with Dr Thao Ttruong and she was wonderful. Kind. Explained everything about the procedure. She was the best technician I have had in that clinic.

They are very professional and helped me with skin problems. The process is very smooth and they answer questions very patiently. I worked with Samantha Stein and Kourosh Koujori. I also like the professionalism of the medical assistants. Rather than a "medspa," this works like an actual dermatology clinic.

Very UNPLEASANT experience. I visited Berman Skin Institute this week for eczema, and the doctor told me the prescription would be sent to CVS within an hour. However, when I went to CVS that same day, they had not received anything. Over the past two days, I’ve called the office three times. Each time, I was told the prescription would be sent within an hour. Today, the receptionist said the nurse would call me back after sending it—but I NEVER received a call, and the pharmacy still hasn’t received the prescription yet. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when the condition is causing serious discomfort. I’m very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this derm.

Took my daughter to visit Dr. Chiang. We had a great visit with literally no wait. The office staff and Dr. Chiang were all very nice and clearly explained everything.

This is an outstanding dermatology office! The front desk staff and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Longwell in particular is great. Also, the appointments start on time and are really efficient. Would highly recommend!

They were able to get me in the same day I called. I saw the PA and she was very knowledgable and personable. I completely trust their advice and would highly recommend this institute.

Amazing experience here . Everytime I came here I feel taken care of and the amazing lovely staff from the front desk to the knowledgeable and supportive doctors they have available. I just called in yesterday and they were able to accommodate me same day and even called as I was driving in . That’s what you call 1st class service and care . Don’t see that anymore unfortunately. But thankfully they know what it takes to take care of their guests.
