Probably the Worst experience ever!!!! Vanessa Ortiz, MD - That is the name. If you suffer pain and somehow come across that doctor Run Like Hell. Unprofessional and honestly don’t care about anything but the payment. I was treated by her and others in Los Altos clinic. She convinced me to an X-Ray Guided Injection for my back pain. They charged me $15,000 for this 5 minutes operation. Lied to the insurance that this facility is out of network. I was in so much pain and stress because of their lies and bad treatment. If I was healthy I would have probably take them to court. They take advantage of people in pain and don’t give a s&&it. Please do not go here if you want real help.

They talk a big game, like they want to help you, but kee putting obstacles in the way...can't even get a maintenance med(anti-inflammatory)without monthly visits, which leaves me days without a simple pill that makes my life tolerable. Also, I asked/ begged for a nerve block and was only given cortisone...1 month, already wearing off...Very disappointed, leaving Ca, one main reason is to get better healthcare.

They made a billing error. They sent in an insurance claim for a date I never was scheduled to meet the doctor nor saw any doctor. I was cleared to have no problem on May 28th. However, they claimed that I received a service on June 28th. So odd. And they don't even reply back to my email inquiring about this billing error. So I sent yet another email. They are not picking up their phone either. I left a voice mail inquiring about the billing error too. I texted them about the billing error as well.

This doctor is no longer accepting patients, or so I was told. They try to put you with another doctor in the practice. I was very frustrated, but there are many excellent doctors out there. I need to get back to my Internist who referred me. I guess she didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to get in. At any rate, don’t waste your time .

Dr. Welsh is a very compassionate and remarkable physician. I had two lumbar/SI joint injections from Dr. Welsh. I was extremely nervous about having these injections. But he was very reassuring and explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He put me at ease. These injections were miraculous! I feel very fortunate to be his patient.
