List of Physiofit Physical Therapy & Wellness's Reviews
I'm very thankful to have had PhysioFit and Janet Perrino recommended to me for the physical therapy of my proximal humerus fracture. Having in office sessions focused on evaluating my progress, tuning the rehab I do on my own, and manual therapy is exactly what I was hoping for and is only possible because of Janet's knowledge and experience. It has been great!
I am a retired engineer who still work behind computer a few hours a day. For the past 10-15 years, very frequently I would get this pain in between my shoulder blades and extending down to my lower back. The pain would increase to the point that if I don’t lay down or don’t take pain killers I would not be able to move my arms or legs, and sometimes it would cause shortness of breath.Over these years I had tried different medications, physical therapists, massage specialists, etc. but the solution that they offered none were effective and long lasting until I met Katrina Wong who works at PhysioFit Physical Therapy. The first time I met Katrina, she asked lots of questions about my symptoms in order to evaluated my condition. Then she started to work on my upper back/shoulder first. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the back muscles and their functions which helped her to picked exactly the one muscle that was giving me the most problem and started to work on it with her magic fingers. It was very painful while she was working on it but by the time I got home all the pain was gone. She also gave me specific exercises to perform at home. With the specific exercises that she gave me I could mange keeping the pain away throughout the day, every day and do my work behind the desk. The next session with Katrina, she worked on my lower back pain. Again, she knew exactly which muscles to work on. In the past, over the years, none of the therapists I went to told me that strengthening the front muscles are as important as back muscles, so she taught me a few exercises to strengthen my front muscles as well. With those exercises I have my lower back pin has been reduced tremendously.I also had some issues with my knees, while walking downhill they hurt and when I kneel my left knee exhibits a sharp pain. When she started to work on my knee, I could only kneel on 1 foot but with the massages, cuppings, and exercises she gave me, now I can kneel on both knees, also I have no pain walking downhill. Now she is working on my left shoulder which causes pain when I raise my arm. After 2 sessions, she has identified the problem which is related to some muscles in the back of my shoulder going up to my neck. With massaging and exercises she gave me, the pain has subsided and hopefully with those exercises I can keep it away for the long term.Again, with her knowledge, experience, and smartness she has been able to take care of my issues and with the choice of exercises that she has given me I am able to exercise and maintain the health of my muscles for as long as I am willing to do so to keep the pain away.Katrina is very smart with great memory, has a thorough knowledge of the human anatomy which helps her to identify which muscle is causing the pain, and knows which exercise is best for that muscle. She is also very pleasant and has a great sense of humor which makes the sessions fun.Thank you Katrina!
I found this place when I was googling treatment for blocked milk duct. I saw Katrina twice for this issue. She is very friendly and professional, made my breastfeeding journey much easier. I also worked with her several times for postpartum recovery. I can feel my improvement, and she gave me a bunch of exercises that I can do at home for further improvement. Staffs there are very friendly too. I highly recommend this place and Katrina!
I had an amazing experience at PhysioFit working with Katrina. Since my 2nd pregnancy three years ago, I haven't been able to recover from diastasis recti and have felt really insecure about my stomach area and weak in the core for years. In my first visit, Katrina diagnosed and measured my diastasis, and explained why the stomach exercises that I was doing weren't working. She then gave me a set of exercises to start with at home and over the next few weeks, ramped up to more challenging exercises as I started to get stronger in my core.Throughout the time that we worked together, she was extremely encouraging and patient while also correcting my form to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Not only am I on a path towards recovery, I also feel hopeful again! Thank you Katrina and PhysioFit!
Very organized and offers a wide variety of services.
I have a frozen shoulder(a tough nut to crack) due to multiple tears on my deltoid within a couple of months. I started working at PhysioFit on February 19. I waited until my left arm was in pain when used in most directions. I needed help and relief. They were able to fit me in the same day I contacted them, but I was not available due to work. Katrina Wong saw me the next day. They are top notch: They communicate well. They are friendly, professional and knowledgable. They make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction. They communicate with each other about me to ensure my visit is seamless. I appreciate they offer late afternoon appointments, which are helpful.Katrina has helped me with improving my range of motion with her manual therapy. The PT exercises for my home program she has given me to do twice daily, also help improve my ROM. They require a good chunk of time, but the return on investment is worth it. It is challenging with a busy schedule, but the alternative of having frozen shoulder longer is the reason I do them. She asks to make sure if I have any questions and they are answered. I give her feedback on the PT exercises and we modify accordingly. Communication is key. Thank you Katrina and team! I am a small business owner.
I've been going to PhysioFit physical therapy for help with back and neck/shoulder issues for more than a year now. The physical therapists there are amazing (I've seen two of them) and I've also been working with two of the Pilates instructors there. As a team they have been amazing. I am much improved and am able to continue with normal daily activities and have been building strength.
My Lacation consultant recommended this place to me, I didn’t know a place like this existed until then! Everyone is very friendly and the therapist helped me greatly! I’m glad I can rely on them to help manage my pain.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
