Super impressed with the care provided by her for both my kids!

Dr. Keswani is truly the best. A pediatrician who cares, is detailed oriented and clear but still takes our values/ goals/ preferences into consideration. She is so busy and yet makes time and makes each family feel taken care of. Responding to baby sickness or developmental needs are her priority. Her office is good but her staff can be a bit better. But training staff is hard especially front desk staff who sometimes just want to get off the phone. They can benefit from using emails over phone as they are busy. As far as the doctor goes, hard to find a better one!

When my daughter was born Dr Keswani visited her at the hospital. since then it's been almost 6 years now and I still think choosing her was the best decision. At age 1 my daughter was accepted to the hospital as her transition to daycare wasn't easy and she wasn't eating much in her own so when she caught some virus it hit her hard. Dr Keswani visited there as well and made sure she be taken care of. Now with the challenges that school brings she also has great suggestions in how to improve her health and continue my daughter's development.

Before our girl was born, we interviewed several Peds before choosing and finalising on Dr Keswani and we are now convinced she is a rare gem based on inputs from other friends who are parents.Our daughter is 17 months now and at various instances, Dr Keswani has with her knowledge and a patient first attitude helped us navigate the very crazy world of being first time parents.As soon as our daughter was born, Dr Keswani visited her at the hospital and found that her latch wasnt optimal. She immediately called the lactation consultant and provided guidance leading to an exclusive session where they made sure my daughter drank well. This first step for us laid the foundation of care which is about ensuring our daughter gets everything she needs medically. Our daughter has figured out eating well and sleeping well thanks to Dr Keswani's timely tips.Shes old school. She will give you a list of milestones to look for, will do different developmental tests during your baby's visit and you will be thankful for how involved it is. Our friends are always surprised at the customised tips she gives. We had a time when I had to mail a video of my daughter rolling, another time of her making a weird sound and Dr Keswani replied in less than 10 hours and provided guidance and sometimes just reassurance.Our girl has hardly fallen sick and only once during winter we had to go to urgent care offered as part of the clinic on Saturdays and her colleague was as good as her. They do not recommend anything intrusive during colds etc and have a minimal attitude who we love. Allows us not to get overwhelmed or bogged down. We were very pleased about how balanced our daughter has ended up being under her care and look forward to her being a part of this practise as long as Dr Keswani is available as we dont want to leave until shes an adult and is ready to transition to a primary physician.Thank you Dr Keswani for all your fantastic tips and great support system.

8 months since my first post and I still cannot give anything but the most positive feedback. Dr. Keswani is one of those rare individuals who truly loves her craft. She is supremely knowledgeable, generous with her time, and kind.My kids have vastly different personalities when it comes to meeting new people or people who they only see occasionally. Recently I took my young daughter to Dr. Keswani. My daughter will often clam up with new people, yet Dr. Keswani was able to slowly chip away at my daughter over the course of a short visit. My daughter went from burying her head in my chest to jumping with her on command. A transformation that I've seen take much more time with other friends/family/teachers.I am self-employed, so I have to go through the hell that is private health insurance. We always shop around to find the best deal in quality insurance each year. The ONLY non-negotiable in this whole process is that Dr. Keswani's Office has to accept it. Thankfully that is rarely an issue, since their office seems to accept most plans.When we changed pediatricians to Dr. Keswani with my first child a few years ago, we came from a "top" practice in the area that came highly recommended. We received ho-hum levels of care, good but not great. Frankly, I didn't expect any better. Dr. Keswani has raised the bar for my expectations of health care providers.

Dr. Keswani was my pediatrician as a child and I loved her! When my daughter was born I knew she had to be my daughter's pediatrician and luckily she was accepting new patients :). She's very knowledgeable and caring towards her patients. I remember as a kid she used to call my mom and check in on my siblings and I. She's dedicated to her work and will always give you the best advice and care for you child(ren). She always is a confidence boost for all parents new or experienced as she will tell you how great you are doing. The best thing about Dr.Keswani is that she will provide you the best of help even if you can't get in for an appointment as she has a number where you can speak to her nurse and she will give you and help or advice needed and if she is unsure she will talk to Dr.Keswani and contact you afterwards. :) I'm glad my daughter is under the care of a pediatrician I know and have no worries with. :) Dr.Keswani and The Los Gatos Pediatrics staff are honestly the best and provide the best service hands down. :) I would recommend anyone and everyone I know to Dr.Keswani.

We have been consulting Dr. Keswani for last 3 years and have absolute trust in her advise. She is awesome in her interactions and guidance. Five Stars all the way...

As good as it gets is the perfect description for Dr. Keswani. She is wonderful with my children, does not rush either my wife or I when we are asking questions, and has made herself available off-hours when we have had urgent or more serious issues.Think back among all the years and doctors that you have had and count how many times you have received an unsolicited call from your or your child's doctor on a Sunday to make sure you are doing well and answer any questions you might have. In my lifetime and experience, that number is 1, Dr. Keswani.My only reticence in writing this review is that I do not want her to become so busy that she is less available to my children.Her nurses are caring and knowledgeable, the front staff is friendly and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Keswani is just amazing. Very knowledgable, sincere, and caring. The office staff are professional and return your calls in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
