Promised eyeglasses in a week and a half and didn't deliver. They knew I was traveling and needed the glasses and they have not delivered. Promised to return calls and didn't. Won't deal with them again. Otherwise pleasant, cheerful staff.

I've been coming to Acuity for over a year I think could be longer. I've always enjoyed my time with your staff. They are so courteous. I love the Dr's there, they are so helpful with my problems with my eyes. I recommended my best friend to them and she even said that they are great. The Office is so clean and they are so good at wiping things down before they let you use them. I really appreciate that cause I'm immune suppressed due to Kidney Transplant. I give them an AAAA+++

My first time visiting this facility and I was very pleased. I had the opportunity to fill out the paperwork ahead of time which cut down the wait. I had an early appointment so there was plenty of seats. I was called in on time and my entire visit from start to finish took approx. 40 min. Very pleasant service. Clean, comfortable setting with friendly staff.

Everyone was great! Very pleasant! Met Justin, what a great guy!! And a different doctor today - Dr Gabrielina(sp?) Very good at explaining what i needed to know..- also saw a few familiar faces from previous visits. What a great staff!! Very accommodating, want to make sure ur comfortable at all times.

I enjoyed my visit to Acuity, the staff was very helpful and took care of me in a professional manner. The only little matter, was having to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes..

The optometrist there is very nice and professional, but the billing has been a nightmare. Thy billed me for services that I did not receive and they kept not processing my insurance, sending me bills for things that my insurance covers. It's been a year and after many calls and hours spent on the phone, I keep getting bills from them
