We had an excellent visit with Dr. Wong yesterday. My son is a new patient to Dr. Wong and has an involved medical history. Dr. Wong was very thorough and clear, explaining to my son his medical situation and options. The appointment was not rushed, and answered all of our questions. We very much appreciated the information he provided, and the time he spent with us.

Meet with Dr. Wong back in March 2022. I was seeking a second opinion for my 2 bulging cervical discs. I had numbness and pain from my shoulders all the way to my fingertips. After ordering up new MRI and reviewing them with him. He weighed all my options, including possibly changing jobs. Since I'm a truck driver. Which made me happy to know he was talking/pushing me away from surgery. I opted for surgery on July 2022. Happy to report my 2 new artificial discs have relieved all my numbness and discomfort. Which took me from feeling around 40% to now feeling 100%. Big thank you to Dr . Wong and all the staff from the fro by office to both surgical centers at Docs Spine and Orthopedics.

Dr. Wong is very pleasant and professional whether in office visit or a phone call. He never rushes the appts and always asks if I have any questions.

Staff are friendly and Doctor was pleasant. However, extremely disappointed that the staff did not provide a list of items tested to take home and doctor did not call me post exam to answer my follow up questions.

I have mixed feelings honestly. He was nice enough, but SO quiet..he spent most of the appointment writing. It was super rushed to the point I didn't have enough time to process everything. We waited in the waiting room for an hour. Saw him for 2 mins..did the skin test..waited 25 mins..he came and looked at my skin for 30 secs..back to the waiting room for another 15 mins..called back in for the results where he spent another 2 mins with me. I got some answers and I got what seems to be all the correct meds, but I wish he was more personable and spent more time actually with the patients. He told me I had two allergies but I had 5 golf sized welts that were burning so badly and he didn't even explain why the other 3 (I'm not counting the control bump obviously) didn't count. His receptionist is lovely, probably the sweetest receptionist I've ever met however.

Dr. Wong is a great allergist. My allergies have been under control after see him and receiving my weekly injections. I'm looking forward to my spring injections because being allergy free makes daily life a breeze. No more dry eye syndrome from all the antihistamines I used to take.

Four months ago I was hit by a car while on a bicycle ride. I was rushed to Cedars and two days later Dr. Wong performed cervical fusion surgery to put my neck (and my life) back together. Dr. Wong did a fantastic job - the surgery was very successful, and the recovery has gone extremely well. While, as a layman and patient, I'm not in a position to judge Dr. Wong's technical skills, it's easy to infer how excellent he is from my post-surgery experience and the excellent outlook I'm facing. and it's not just Dr. Wong - everyone in his office has been excellent to work with, particularly Susie D. the clinic coordinator - she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the post-surgery period. I feel very lucky to have receive the treatment and care that I did.

Very cold uncaring not clear blew me off basically this is damage to my head not clear could care less lost my scan that I brought in lost it , seriously this is not medical this just having you pay for appointment had my adult son with me was appalled at the appointment he should not be a doctor!

Dr. Wong put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. He made the correct diagnosis for surgery, while giving me the necessary time I needed to prepare myself mentally. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful in my recovery. It's been a little over a month since my surgery and physical therapy is going well. It feels great to make such an important decision with no regrets. I can honestly say that Dr. Wong treated me like family.
