The services are deteriorating. Dr not even his Assistant would return your calls. They hire inexperienced people who cannot distinguished what is a medically necessary phone call. They just take your number and maybe tossed it away. I called 9x but unable to speak w Dr. nor his Asst. Until I got my procedure done w another Dr. Nobody returned my calls

I’m strong recommend Dr. Natividad because he take time to talk to you about what is your problem, and all staff are so friendly

Dr. Natividad is a fantastic doctor. He is fair, he listens, and is committed to finding the best solution for whatever ailment you are going through. I am very grateful to have found him.

Don't expect for your appointment to begin on time. Don't expect for the staff to ever return your calls. Yesterday I had to call them about a prescription refill four separate times, with the first instance being at 11am. By 5 o'clock my call was sent to voicemail and never returned. This is all despite communicating multiple times that I would suffer side effects/withdrawal symptoms from not having my medication over the weekend. I'm truly at a loss with this place. This is not the first day they didn't return my calls, but the first instance when they didn't return 4 despite knowing I would suffer side effects/withdrawal from having no meds.

If you don't ask for a muscle relaxer that is ONLY for people with MS and has dangerous side effects and you don't even have MS he's your doc! Otherwise be warned

WORST experience! I went to see this doctor for an annual physical exam shortly after I acquired health insurance through my employer. The reason I picked this doctor? Simple. He was listed as "in-network" on Anthem's website (my insurance company) and was close enough to where I live. When I arrived, I was asked to pay CASH upfront, even though this visit should be 100% COVERED by my insurance. I insisted that it should be free of charge but the receptionist checking me in said I needed to pay at least something. I felt very pressured and confused. This was my first visit to a doctor in years due to no insurance. I ended up paying $20 CASH, which didn't sit right with me. She told me I would get it back IF my insurance did in fact cover the visit. Guess what? IT DIDN'T! And here's why: BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR IS NOT IN ANTHEM'S NETWORK. Now, is it their fault they are listed as in-network on Anthem's website? No, not necessarily. But they STILL are listed there as in-network and have been for OVER A YEAR! However, when I got my bill for $475 (for a basic physical where he literally weighed me and told me my height, gee, thanks Doc!) I called Anthem and filed a claim stating the doctor is listed on THEIR OWN DAMN website as in-network. It was denied. I appealed. That was denied. Now, that isn't the fault of Dr. Natividad's office BUT it sure would've been helpful if they had told me UPFRONT that they are NOT in-network and therefore won't accept my Anthem insurance. I would've just walked straight out of there! I wish I would've! I have been trying to settle the bill with this office and their billing company Ratec BUT THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR MONEY ORDERS!!! Really????? You know it's 2015, right?! Seems shady to me! And now I can't pay with my HSA account which is a Visa debit card. I've never tried so hard to pay a bill in my life but now, they get nothing. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Honestly i thought trust and responsibility was valued here however HE AINT the same. Ill rather go somewhere professional where they will actually come talk to me face to FACE. Very disappointed

He is a great Doctor, I was admitted to the Silver Lake Medical Center last week, and he is also my primary doctor, he made sure I was getting tested immediately for my abdominal pain.  He also made sure that the staff were treating me nice.  When I would have an appt. the wait time is ok I would say 15min, but he is always happy, which is nice to see, than a grumpy doctor.  I would recommend him!

Honestly I have not gone to any other doctor ever since I left my pediatrician since I was like 10ish. I am 23 and I've been coming to Dr. Natividad for definitely more than 10 years and he's never let me down. He's moved around since I could remember and now he has his own private practice at the City of Angels Medical Center right beside the 101 freeway entrance on Temple. Once you reach the City of Angels Medical Center you have to check in through security, which I feel is the smallest unfortunate complaint I have, however this is the Medical Center's policy and not his so that complaint has nothing to do with him. After you're done with check in you have to go to the 3rd floor where his office is and his waiting room is all the way to the left. Once you enter you are greeted by his receptionist/nurse who is really really nice and will take good care of you before you see the doc. You pay before you see the doctor so of course price is based on whether you have insurance or not. Unfortunately due to the fact that I've always had insurance I actually never bothered to check the price of consultation without it. So after the very short wait in the waiting room, they bring you into the room where they take your vitals, just like any other med center/hospital, and finally into the main room where you wait for the doc to finish with his other patients. Dr. Natividad has been practicing for many years, and like I said I've been going to him since I was a kid and he's never let me down once. He's healed every sickness I've presented to him and has also referred me to places I need to go such as physical therapy when I break a bone, and I've broken quite a few. He does a super thorough check to make sure he doesn't miss everything and I know he does care because he tells me to come back within a certain time, again to make sure I'm getting better. Once again I have insurance so I'm not even paying that much. Dr. Natividad, in my opinion, is the greatest doctor I've ever had and I don't plan on going anywhere else.
