My significant other and I have been patients of doctor for several years. He is a very lazy doctor. Out health plan offers us an annual health assessment in addition to an annual physical. Dr. Ford routinely refuses to provide referrals for services needed and second opinions. If it were not for our insurer's annual assessment, my partner would not have received the necessary referrals for services. Office staff is inefficient. Appointments are always rushed. Provider pays little attention to patients during office visits and is more focused on his computer. On numerous visits, we have heard the doctor be rude and unprofessional towards office staff.

I have been seeing Dr Ford for almost 20 years. While he is not the touchy feely type of doctor, he is exacting and thorough. He is quick to respond to phone calls and he answers all questions directly. I have great faith in him

Either he is senile or just rude. He doesn't listen to your problems and refers you treatments that don't even make sense.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! Horrible bedside manner. Seems like a tired angry uninterested old man. No respect for the patient or compassion. WOULD NOT RECOMMNED. He should retire.

Fantastic doctor and amazing staff. I've been a patient for years. Doctor Ford is a good naturered and competent doctor. He is also a great example that you cannot trust every review as shown by the negative reviews on this site; except mine of course, you can trust me :).I've been to horrible doctors withholding prescriptions in exchange for office visits (aka money) but Dr. Ford is NOT one of them! He actually has helped me renew a prescription for nasal problems without having to see my ENT because he knew exactly what the other doctor was doing. Dr. Ford looks out for the patient!The front desk staff is fantastic and have helped me with many things such as changing my medical group, getting hard authorizations approved, expediting request for new doctors, and much much more. Angelica, Diana, and Melody, among others, FANTASTIC!Dr. Ford will make sure you are taken care of. We are going to hear things we don't want to hear in regard to our health, but as a doctor, they have to look out for our well-being as opposed to our feelings.
