Front desk assistance need better training. Rude and often denied visitation with out appointment. If late for your appointment she will tell you to come reschedule instead of trying to help you out but the way she tell you unprofessional.

This place is a fucking JOKE. Im here writing my review while waiting for the docdoc assistant. App was at 1020. Took an hour to get called in. Its 1235 and they still have me in a fucking room with a desperate child . If you are coming here make sure not to be in a rush.

The doctors here are amazing but the wait time is ridiculous. I came in for my appointment and they made me wait for over 2 hours. I had to call off at work because of it. They didnt even bother apologizing for the wait. I waited over 2 hours for an ultrasound that didnt even last 5 min. The lady at the front desk was also going to make me pay a $20 fee until the other lady at the front desk told her they didnt charge for that. Its not the first time I have to wait for such a long time.

Horrible place. Ive taken my daughter here for the pediatric part and I must say they are very unorganized and never have a direct person you can talk to when it comes to paperwork. My daughter needed her physical filled out so I had my daughter preschool fax over the paper that she needed for her physical. This office never sent the paperwork back to her preschool. I was unable to get a hold of anyone directly through the phone about the paperwork so I just decided to come in and get it figured out that way. Once I was facetoface with someone the person Rosia not sure if its spelled right but she seemed very nonchalant about the situation and bad customer service.

What a waste of time I got a day off from my work to get a membership card and drove all the way here and after a long wait I talked to one of the employees and she told me she took care of everything and I should get the card in a few days but not only i didnt get the card but I got a bunch of application to fill up all over again. Remider the employee there said she took care of everything and yet this happened.

Loved loved loved it here. Everyone was super nice. I was a new patient called in the morning and I got seen that afternoon. Clean environment and sanitizer in every corner. Evalina Josefsson was the sweetest most caring doctor Definitely switching my daughter here as her dental provider.

Im a patient of Dr. Mona Degan she is an amazing doctor she have me a couple of referrals which needed approval from my insurance I called my insurance to check on the approval and for some reason my insurance said that the form was not completed I called and left a message to my doctor and she took care of it I appreciate that she did that quickly and Ashley Hernández called me to solve the issue. Miss Hernández was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Degan has a great team her nurse Miss Hernandez and Dr. Degan are very courteous and care very much for her patients. I really appreciate them and I highly recommend them.
