This place is a fucking JOKE. Im here writing my review while waiting for the docdoc assistant. App was at 1020. Took an hour to get called in. Its 1235 and they still have me in a fucking room with a desperate child . If you are coming here make sure not to be in a rush.

Loved loved loved it here. Everyone was super nice. I was a new patient called in the morning and I got seen that afternoon. Clean environment and sanitizer in every corner. Evalina Josefsson was the sweetest most caring doctor Definitely switching my daughter here as her dental provider.

Ive been going to this same dentist since my son was born. And I loved going here just for the simple satisfaction that they have his medical records Ive had the same medical insurance for years and they decide to call me TWO days before his appointment that I have been waiting for over a month since they were so booked to tell me they dont accept my insurance amp cant answer any of my questions as to why? HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Seems like they dont even know whats going on you cant call someone two days before an appointment and not have answers ? Not recommended

My experience here was great but the follow up care is A JOKE. They have no number to actually contact someone. Just notstop redirecting to a call center where no one knows whats going on or can help. I cannot get in contact with the office or get any information from them. DO NOT GO HERE.

Not friendly. Punishes you by making you wait behind countless imaginary patients for being a couple of minutes late. Never again.

If it wasn’t already bad when the Dr’s office was located on Beverly3rd now that they’re in a bigger building is even worse. 45 mins and after checking in and no word from anyone until I went up to the front to ask. So disorganized. Poor customer service.
