Altamed Health Services Corporation's Online Review Report Card

Very bad experience at this clinic today! I came in to get a callus on my foot checked and I left here traumatized. They said that my foot and my toes could be cut off. I will not be coming back here ever again.

Please be careful of this place. Especially if you have elderly parents that are independent. They are always going for random test results that could have been told over the phone. It is a waste of time and always get random cholesterol/blood pressure meds that they don't need.I feel like this place cares more for quantity ($ insurance) over quality. My mother always asks for specialist approvals and takes forever to get through the phone lines just to speak to someone.Her doctors told her that she didn't have an infection also urgent care!!We ended taking her to Huntington Hospital where in Fact, she have kidney and blood infection!!Total rant, I know things need to change now that they need more assistance during their health visits. Look out for your parents, this metals be happening.

I've been a patient there for years, after being under a specialist care at another facility, but after my beloved husband recommended me there, I've been a patient since 2010. Dr. Maravic Bautista MD has been a professional beautiful excellent doctor to me. She's a doctor that has a beautiful heart and. I feel like she's my therapist, a mentor and more. God bless her and the entire Altamed Medical Staff.

All the doctors here to my experience are very friendly and don't seem scary for once lol

They give you an appointment and once you get there the person who you’re going to see is not there and had to reschedule appointment.

I love the way AltaMed is always clean, staff is always friendly, and pharmacy is fast.

I am a patient of this Alta med Medical Clinic for a few years. I am so grateful with my primary Dr. RICARDO PUERTAS, He is being taking care of my health and my condition for a few years already, and honestly until now, I can say only very good words to Dr.Puertas .Thank you Dr. For being professional, helpful, for taking the time with my health situation, and I like to say thanks to his team for doing a grate services.Especialy his nurse assistant MARÍA for doing a wonderful job. On my experience since I get into this medical clinic I feel comfortable,the place is very clean,the front desk assistants are doing a good job helping on my needs every time. I had been a few times without APPOINTMENT, with two or three" DOCTORS" in this place, and on my experience they did a very good care and very professionals. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ALTA MED MEDICAL CLINIC ".

I really apricate the commerce office, coming form another medical group that was not so organized, this office really try's hard I am grateful for that.keep up the great work!

Las enfermeras son excelentes y mi Dra Bautista mucho mejor.. es la mejor Dra que he tenido en muchos años.. solo las citas son un poco difícil de obtener.. pero cake la Lena esperar 😀

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Waisted my time coming here for the most ignorant physical test I have ever gotten in my life. All they did was check my weight and blood pressure... NO URINE/ BLOOD test which is what I went for to check my health, instead they told me to book aside with another clinic for that. PLEASE FIND BETTER HEALTHCARE. Altamed is terrible
