I have been coming here since I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks and am due beginning of September. I have had regular checkups and prenatal care visits. All of the staff is professional knowledgeable and great to interact with. I have a fear of needles and have had bad experiences with people trying to draw blood in the past. I have had several blood draws here and have had nothing but positive experiences. You can tell the nurses definitely payed attention when they were in school and they care about making sure your mind is at ease. Dr. Gill and Dr. Gumbs are excellent doctors. Dr. Gill really takes his time to make sure hes addressing any and all issues youre concerned with. Dr. Gumbs is a great prenatal doctor and shes been able to answer any question I have thrown her way. Overall I feel as though I have received the best medical care here compared to any other doctors office.

I have been coming here since I was 3 weeks pregnant and now Im 23 Ive only had one ultrasound and no anatomy ultrasound to see the health of my baby when I asked about it I was told to call and they said they could not appoint me because altamed did not send the right referral code and I was back and forth with calls. I still havent got my anatomy ultrasound. And my next appointment is 3 weeks apart. Altamed says if we have questions or concerns about our pregnancy we are able to speak to a specialist none of this is true you have to wait until your next appointment for actual medical advice. Horrible service for pregnant women Im not the only one.

I also had a miscarriage because of this place. They didnt care about me or my pregnancy. Everything I felt or the symptoms I had were not taken serious so I had a miscarriage but I will fight for my childs life and I hope this people pay for what they did

Horrible service if you want to be taken serious for your pregnancy dont even come here I literally got sent here from the hospital to my obgyn because they have all the knowledge for my pregnancy but I am being sent back and not taken care of. I have water leakage at 18 weeks pregnant and Im getting no help until next week? You guys are disgusting and I hope to see this place at court.

Both my children go to this clinic. Pediatrician and specialist are knowledgeable and very helpful. They take the time to answer all my questions and follow up when needed with their care. Very clean clinic and bathrooms.

Ive been coming to Altamed for 1 12 years since my son was born. I always have a pleasant experience. Staff is polite and not rude. Thats enough for me. I love my sons doctor. Dr. Rao is great
