I took my three month old baby here for shots and was absolutely horrified by my experience here! Not only was the waiting time ridiculous but the staff did not follow any basic sanitary protocols like glove changing and washing hands. There were not boxes of gloves in the rooms or hall way and doctors and all other staff walked in and out with the same gloves without changing them or even washing hands. I can assume they aren’t changing them patient to patient. I even saw one woman wiping her gloves off with alcohol wipes. There also wasn’t even any sharp containers in sight it’s a Mystery where they are putting the dirty needles. They also just handed me one of the oral vaccinations for my baby and walked out expecting me to administer unsupervised. It is insane this place is even still running. It should be shut down! I’d highly recommend that you take your child somewhere else!

If I can give 0 stars I would! The main doctor is never here , it's always different doctors who doesn't know what they are doing ! Long wait even with an appointment. My appointment was at 11am I got seen at 2pm. And he told me I should go to another doctor because he couldn't check me for what I needed, and this my primary doctor ! Unprofessional, and when u call they put u on hold for more than 30 minutes ! Been going here for years and over time things went down the drain. It's time for me to change ! And the front desk people are very RUDE !

Very friendly staff and doctors. Very efficient.. will help you with wehter on the phone or in person...

TERRIBLE DOCTOR’S OFFICE! If you plan on going here for a doctors appointment you might as well cancel any plans you lined up for the day because they will tell you that you have an appointment and you’ll be sitting WAITING FOR HOURS! Even over the phone appointments aren’t punctual, how can someone not even make a phone call on time? If I could give 0 stars I would.

The people are nice but when they tell you your appointment is at 10am they don't see you until 11:30am they just need to step their game up with that because when you ask the people at the window how much longer after waiting for 2hrs they use the same lie we waiting on a room i can't wait to find my mom a better place.

Trying to set up an appointment is nearly impossible getting through to DMV is easier. I have tried for a week to schedule an appointment but I have been put on hold each time for soooooo long I hung up each time. How busy can they really be....The location is not the best either but the Doctor is extremely nice.

Didn't even make it through the appointment-setting phone call. The person answering the phone can't take down information accurately and doesn't verify. Totally unprofessional.

She amazing a DR. . She very hopeful and we always happy to see her, she know how treat the baby and family so good Also the stuff works with her amazing in person or on the phone. My family and my mom so happy with her. Also here very easy to found parking, thank you so much dr. Amani so much
