They hired me on a Thursday and I got my first client. The following day Friday. today was my 1st day of working and the family is absolutely wonderful and the house is immaculate. She needs a lot of help she takes very good care of her husband but not able to get out and run errands I am so happy for this opportunity I am gonna make the best of it

So I call them the Lady who answers the phone says hello I say good moening how are you today she gets quiet and I say hello and then she hangs up i call back and she didn't answer very unprofessional

Amazing Care Companion has been helpful as we go through a health problem with my aunt. They were able to keep her where she is comfortable, and have been responsive to our needs.

My family and I were very satisfied with the care services our grandfather received from Amazing Care Companion Inc. Not only was the caregiver bilingual, which is very important to us because our grandpa does not speak English, but the caregiver was so kind and paid attention to detail when caring for our grandpa. It is for these reasons (and many more) that my family recommends Amazing Care Companion to anyone seeking care services.

My sisters and I were very happy with the service our grandmother received from Amazing Care Companion Inc. The caregiver was very nice, professional, and most of all, very caring to our grandmother. The caregiver also spoke Spanish and that made our grandmother comfortable knowing that she felt at home. We highly recommended Amazing Care Companion to our friends and family.

"The care provider who does less than the bare minimum is Jeffrey Reed. I secretly put in a camera to check on my granddad and his care that is supposed to be recicieved and provided in the home. On 6/07/2020, 2 people were at my grandpa's home, Mr. Reed and my granddad. the camera where disabled. I called when I received a notification of such just to see who was there and my grandfather told me..." just himself and Mr. Reed." Later that evening the camera and the wifi connector for the camera were nowhere to be found. I later asked my grandfather to tell Mr. Reed to return the Camera (this is because Mr. Reed will not talk or acknowledge me. In less the VA nurse is around. Smh) and he told me Reed broke it. I also then stated he had no right to remove anything in the house. With that alone, this caregiver shows he has no respect for the family and or his job. I've tried to report him a number of times but his manager Daisy says i have no right to report or request a change of caregivers. I told her what he wasn't providing based on his there own standards and services and still, nothing has happen or changed. I also saw him put on the timesheet hours that he never worked and still had my grandfather to sign them. My grandfather feels he owes Mr. reed for helping out at times with my now deceased grandmother who had Alzheimer's. I told him that wasn't his job and I appreciated the help and yes he did help but he wasn't doing his job for my grandfather. which he is getting paid to do but my grandfather still signs off for him. At times he comes late or leaves early. There is so much more I could show and tell you but this company I would never recommend to anyone.#

Actually provide care givers that do there job. and have management there to help situation instead of making it harder for the family. Daisy isn't the best contact to talk to inregared to helping a love one when they have a complaint to make against there company's employee aka care giver.

All their caregivers are carefully screened and trained.
