I was seeking a 2nd opinion and I researched Dr. Simonini and found nothing but positive feedback. I made an appointment and did not have to wait long to get one. His office is located at 640 S. San Vicente Blvd in a nice building with free parking. My appointment was at 3 and I did not wait long he was right on time. He was clear and precise, explained everything I needed to know regarding my symptoms, and did not order any unnecessary tests. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone needing a Cardiologist.

Dr. Simonini brings an unrivaled combination of education, professional expertise, wisdom, emotional intelligence, a great sense of humor, creativity and most importantly, a caring heart to the table. I recently referred a loved-one's family to Dr. Simonini when I received news of their mother being in a life-threatening cardiac emergency. Dr. Simonini responded swiftly and delivered results which allowed this family to celebrate another holiday season together in peace and joy. This cardiologist absolutely went above and beyond with his time and concern. While the modern healthcare system threatens the soul of anyone attempting to practice the art of medicine, a true healer's heart rises above it all to mend ours. Dr. Simonini reminds us of the restorative power of hope during the most challenging of times.

Dr. Rico Simonini has been extremely informative, explaining everything into detail and has helped me get my condition under control (as long as I follow my strict protocol) and the best part is without having to go get invasive treatment.

When someone has 5 stars from all but one frank who was angry one of the best heart experts in the world was 30 mins late for his appointment and had to pay 13 dollars then he MOST Definitely a 5 star doctor!!

Dr. Simonini is the most amazing cardiologist who cared for my mom (Dorothy Shaw). We have been with Dr. Simonini (after much vetting and being misdiagnosed by other well known cardiology practices) for approximately four years now with proven excellent results. He saved my mom life twice now. He didn't waste anytime getting her admitted to Cedar Sinai to fix her heart. His approach is clinically thorough and grounded in his "easy to understand" explanations of why your medical condition has occurred and how his action(s) approach will have positive outcomes. He tells you what you can realistically expect from your specific health/medical treatment options and what you need to do to maintain / sustain your heart health. His support staff is well versed on each patient's health history. With each visit, they provide Dr. Simonini with a current "snapshot" of your heart. He can then review your ongoing progress and, if necessary, provide steps to take with procedures, medications, diet etc. Hands down, Dr. Simonini is a five star rated Doctor. Bravo Dr. Simonini!
