They have very bad service. not take care of patient appointment and nobody response to patient.
The manager, Nancy, is a real POS. I don't know where she gets her high and mighty attitude, but you deserve to be barred from working at any medical office. I knew of an elderly patient in a state of emergency that had an aneurysm and the incompetent doctor filled in a prescription for the wrong exam. There was a back and forth between the exam technician, the reception, and the manager of Dr. Kim's clinic just screamed like a banshee that the exam tech should do whatever was stated on the prescription. After communicating with the patient and finally getting a hold of the doctor, the reception got the right prescription. This was an emergency patient for goodness sake and this c-nt of a manager couldn't take 5 minutes to confirm the prescription with the doctor? And guess what? This egomaniac b-tch got one of the receptionists fired cause she was so pissed that they corrected her. Learn to be humble and take responsibility for your mistakes! If you prioritize YOUR convenience over an EMERGENCY patient, you deserve to be FIRED! Don't take your grandparents here (or anyone for that matter) unless you want to risk them DYING because of their incompetent, power-tripping, negligent staff! You scum-of-the-earth spit at the reputation that generations of Koreans worked so hard to build.
One star is too much for an office like this. The staff is unbelievably rude. Is the doctor never in clinic for them to talk like that to patients or are the doctors just as rude? I was I was so shocked at the some of the rude remarks she was making that I almost didn't take it seriously. But when she started getting sarcastic and talked to me like I was stupid, I knew the conversation was going nowhere. Is it that hard to find a decent employee or do they not care? It's beyond customer service when they refuse to actually provide a medical service. It's just so sad that this girl got hired as a front office staff and that she's the first thing people have to talk to and look at when they walk into the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
