Everyone is amazing and so sweet except the recepcionist absolutely hates her job and is 100% unhelpful

My experience at NewEra has been incredible. The staff here is very accommodating and work with your busy schedule. Marissa, makes the experience effortless and comfortable.

I have had an amazing experience at Anew Era for both psychiatry and TMS (2 rounds). Marissa, the TMS technician, is professional, caring, attentive, and understanding. She makes the technical process seamless but you can tell she really cares for her patients and their overall health. Anyone who is considering TMS should give it a try, it has helped me work through tough mental challenges and helped me through some difficult periods in my life. Anew Era specifically has developed a great network of offices, doctors, and expertise that I am glad to have found.

I was assigned to a therapist and there were glitches in the telehealth internet. After an hour of discussing the traumatic events I experienced, the therapist told me he was no longer working with this company and would reassign me to someone else. Really disappointed in the lack of communication up front, and embarassed to have opened up to someone and in return feel dismissed. I still have yet to be contacted by Anew Era in regards to moving forward/ finding a new therapist.

Had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Anew Era. It was my goal for the summer to focus on my mental health. Initially my only interest was on the psychiatry element of the office. After visiting I was suggested to add TMS to my treatment and Im glad I did. Marissa was the technician who I saw everyday for 2 months. Having conversations with her while she administered treatment was a great addition to daily sessions. I went from dreading everyday to being excited to take on every new adventure. The experience I had at Anew Era really changed my life for the better. Very grateful for the office and wonderful team of people who work here.

My TMS experience was one of the best things I have done for my life and mental health. The staff here were so helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the procedure and made me feel confident about getting it done. Marissa and Jessica were incredible techs that took the job very seriously and made the experience so comforting and honestly fun. They always made sure to do everything they could to make the process as minimally intrusive and create positivity as much as possible.

The whole staff is supportive, and helpful with all mental health needs! S/O to Jessica a great care coordinator and my amazing TMS tech to helping me get a transportation taken care of so I could attend all my TMS appointments. They overall are a great clinic. 10/10 recommend.

My PCP suggested I try it again and was elated to know there was a location nearby! all the staff from the care coordinators to TMS techs were amazing! I’m doing my 2nd round of TMS with Anew Era in West LA. Once again they surpassed my expectations staff are all friendly and efficient. They even ensured that my insurance was accepted and pre-approved before my 1st appointment.
