This has been a horrible experience. The reason they have good stars is because they make you sign a waiver to leave a good review or give them a chance to correct the issue before writing a review. I have attempted to communicate my issues with Briana but she has shown strong disinterest. I came with paper work from my job in November 2024. Briana told me it would be completed promptly. Unfortunately, although I reminded Briana 3x, this clinic waited until the expiration date to leave me a voicemail saying I needed to seek a specialist to complete the paperwork. Now here we are almost 8 months after my last visit and I’m receiving text messages from the clinic about an unpaid bill. No bill was mailed. No phone calls or voicemails. I called today (July 8, 2025) tried to speak with Briana but she abruptly transferred me to a number without a voicemail & without listening to me. I called back multiple times and finally spoke with Rudy who was brief and didn’t wish to hear me. This by far is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. I guess the text messages are fraudulent.

I had a great experience i haven’t been to the doctors since pre-covid and i went in for my physical everything went great and thank you to Dr. Connie chen made me feel completely comfortable and i couldn’t thank her enough! i would recommend family and friends here.

I have been going here over 10 years. Dr. Mobasser & Connie, PA are the best healthcare providers in Los Angeles. I highly recommend anyone to go here and you will have the best care. They really take their time to listen to you and help you solve your health issues. You’re in good hands and will Not regret it. I am happy to find an amazing doctor that cares about her patients well being. Thank you 🙏 🙂

I had a really great experience. Came here to get my physical. The office was clean and had almost like a little boutique feel about it. The staff were professional and kind. Connie, the PA, was great, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

I am a final year medical student and this is my go to doctor. Dr. Mobasser is an amazing primary care physician and UCLA trained family doctor and dermatologist. I am very picky about my providers as an aspiring surgeon, and she is my top pick in Los Angeles area. Great staff and great one-on-one time with doctor! Always accommodates my hectic schedule. Highly recommend.

Los. días festivos y eso habla muy mal del personal ya que no les preocupa sus pacientes y el otro punto te dan las citas muy. Largas que según. Están. Bien saturados lo ciento mucho pero.
