Arcpoint Labs Of West Los Angeles's Online Review Report Card

My covid-19 results never got emailed to me…it’s been 5 days (got tested Tuesday and it’s currently Sunday). Paid for 48-hr test and they let me know and asked me if it was ok that the test took 72 hrs. I said it was ok but now it’s past 72 hours and I still haven’t received my results—just a few emails asking to rate them. Maybe the tests will come on Monday? If you’re looking for a time sensitive test, this is unfortunately not the place and not worth the money.

I had a very pleasant experience at ARCpoint Labs on S Robertson Blvd. The phlebotomist was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. The receptionist was very courteous and accommodating. The service was efficient and quick. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I will definitely go there the next time I need a blood draw.

The team there is amazing 👏 🙌 both the girls that were there today were patient with my problem I had with work...a couple of sweethearts.

I had tried to navigate Quest Lab Diagnostics for pre-employment screening which gave me a 3:30 appointment when the ONE technician who performs that test leaves at 3 pm, and despite a sign in the parking lot that stated they validate your parking, they "ran out of stickers". I asked at their desk if Quest could modify my appointment, and they said, "no, use the website" which gave a number of other sites but which stated they do not perform employment screenings. Understood - they are overwhelmed and no doubt exhausted with CoVid testing, etc. and all else takes a backseat. Enter ARCpoint! I called them and stated I only had a barcode for Quest and it turns out that they are able to perform your test using that barcode. There was no waiting, and they take walk-ins and they are open more hours.  They perform a variety of tests, like paternity, DNA, drug testing, CoVid, etc. I highly recommend this lab. Sahar, the lab technician was very welcoming, caring, well-trained, professional and knowledgeable. It's difficult enough to take time for procedures so it is very rewarding to have a facility that does not add to the frustration of the process but truly makes it so much easier.

Service was fast. The actual sample collection took less than 10 minutes. However I wasted 15 minutes trying to email them the appointment email that came from their own company. That took 3 tries and 15 minutes for something they dont even need.

If I can give them 10 stars I would. I needed to take the Drug test for my new employer. This place is better that Quest Labs. I called in advance to schedule an appointment. I was informed that no appointment was needed. Parking is easy to find. You need to enter the Dentist Office then the stairwell to the lab is immediately on the left hand side. There were 2 people in the waiting area. I gave them my ID card and my paperwork. I didn’t wait too long. The staff was friendly. The place is very clean. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I’m very pleased with this service.
