Doctor doesn't seem to care about her patients. Refused to speak to me regarding past appt. Does not follow up with information needed for appt. Very disappointed in my recent appts, kind of felt like they were useless. Receptionist not very understanding, very rude.

My mom went to the clinic today because she had a appointment at 3pm my kother arrived 1 hr early incase she needed to fill out some papers. They made her wait 2 hr just to let her know that she did not needed an appointment. What kind of clinic is this you provided your patients with appointments and u make them wait just to let them know they do not need it anymore that is not correct specially when your patient is diabetic if i can give negative stars i will.

Mis hijas tienen tiempo en esta clinica estoy muy cansada de su servicio muy malo nunca contestan el telephono. Hoy lleve ami hija por k tiene dolor de garganta y no hay pediatra en Broadway y en hightland park ya no podian tener mas pasientes. Estoy cansada

Why do I get here 15 minutes early if my appointment was at 2:15 and its already 3:00 . I'm in so much pain but these people don't seem to give a dam 😕 . While girl over here is shopping on Amazon . SMH ..

No one picks up the phone for check ups or appointments, lazy and unprofessional. The billing people are the only good and Profesional.

Good luck getting an appointment. No one picks up the phone and no one checks voicemail either . It seems to be full all the time. If you need an appt go in person and then they’ll turn you away after getting your info so they can call you to help you make an appt. I work in healthcare and this is very inefficient and wastes time. It’s so frustrating !

Make sure to get written prescription on paper before you walk out. New 😳 doctors " forget" to order your medicine 🤯. My mother ran out of insulin because of doctor's incompetence. We called, went to the pharmacy, and went to the doctor's office multiple times before the issue was fixed.
