I have been trying to get a copy of my medical file for over 2 weeks. I was given attitude the 1st time I called (because the "file belongs to the state" which is not true), I was told I would be sent a form via email and never got it. I have called numerous times to follow because I'm going to a new ortho this week, who wants to see the file and xrays from 2 years ago. I call leave messages or get an after hours email during working hours. At this point, I don't know what to do other than to write this review and filing a complaint with the state. I need my medical file.

Dr. Kreitenberg is a great doctor. In addition to private patients, he also takes care of patients who are injured in accidents. He takes care of these people regardless of their ability to pay him. He also acts as an expert witness and evaluates injured people to determine the extent of their injuries. I can see how sometimes a person would be angry with him if they disagree with his opinion on their injuries. I like him. He took good care of me.

Had a left knee meniscus surgery on Friday and everything from initial appt thru the surgery went extremely smooth and actually has exceeded my best expectations. I am currently 4 days post surgery and my recovery is going even better than the surgery I had on my right knee 14 years ago which I didn't expect since I'm now in my early 50's. I am already walking without crutches with little or no pain. I couldn't be happier! Thank You Dr K and staff!

We see Dr. Kreitenberg whenever 2 of our 3 children brake or sparin something. Some years we visited frequently,mas they started growing up, our visits were less frequent. Our daughter fell off he bunk bed in college and Dr. K healed her, our athletic Sammy bent so my fingers playing basketball, sprained wrists, broke an arm, and just recently sprained an ankle. We are going in tomorrow and one again Dr K will put him together. He's really a lovely man, and wonderful orthopedist.
