Beauty Park Medical Spa's Online Review Report Card

I had a wonderful experience with Jamie and the entire staff at Beauty Ranch Spa. I explained that I was looking for a treatment specifically for my eyes and Jamie said the Opus would be best for what I needed. So far I have had two treatments with the Opus and my eyes look amazing. My mom even told me that my eyes look more relaxed and open. I will definitely be going back to Beauty Ranch Spa for more treatments in the future. Thanks Jamie!

I had a great experience at Beauty Ranch Spa! The staff was friendly and professional. I had filler put in my cheeks, something I've never done before. Three days later, my adult son, who never notices anything (and had no idea), looked at me and said, "You look tan. No, not tan, but like smoother or something. I don't know what it is, but you look good." Ha! Thanks Nurse Jamie!

Extremely negligent. Burned someone I know and denied any wrongdoing on their part. They told us it's "normal". Um no. Burning skin is NOT normal.

They burnt me with a laser while I was getting my second round of tattoo removal. They let a brand new technician work on me and played it off as if it was normal and then charged me full price and didn't give me any aftercare instructions but just to stay out of the sun.

I was looking into getting some laser treatments and had the opportunity to go and check out a tattoo removal at Beauty Ranch. I had no idea they did this type of removal here as well, and it was amazing to see how efficient and clean the results came out. The med spa itself is bright and open. The staff is attentive and friendly. The laser machine that they use allows for quick results and a quicker recovery as well. After seeing the process, it made me confident about checking out the other laser services for scarring and resurfacing which is what I am looking into, as the prices also seem reasonable. I have been coming here for many years! Staff is so helpful, kind and professional. I love seeing Kelly as she is detail oriented and takes her time. I am always happy with my results when I come here. I can't imagine going anywhere else. It's also such a cute and clean environment. I highly recommend this place!

Beauty Ranch is ugly. Wendy is the worst. It pains me to write this however it would be an ethical violation to not share my lived experience for future customers that rely on Yelp to try out new businesses. In January 2025, I booked an appointment for Dysport. I am not a candidate for Botox, it doesn't work on me. I was shocked when the women were swarming around me to give me "complimentary lifting services" - it felt like a bribe, I didn't want to be rude, and was trying to figure out a way to get back to the treatment I came for. I was shocked when Kelly told me we were using Botox. I gently reminded her: Botox does not work on me - I will pay for nothing, endure the pain, and it will all be a waste of everyone's time + my money. She has heard me articulate my history with both drugs every time I come in and I told her again it doesn't work on me. I FELT TRAPPED + MANIPULATED and ultimately was a victim: it's hard to continue to set a boundary when no one is listening. I trusted Kelly yet she she chose in that moment to not disclose to me then the truth: they didn't have any Dysport. Instead of simply being honest, and communicating - giving me the option to reschedule, they all ambushed me. To add insult to injury, I was shocked when Wendy told me the price: the cost was over double what I have ever paid anywhere for the exact same services I have consistently purchased several times a year for over 18 years. The lack of professional etiquette, dishonesty, and bullying left me angry. I was so uncomfortable in the make shift Four Seasons location, my six foot frame crammed in a microscopic space that was completely unacceptable however due to the fires, I was trying to remain calm and flexible. I knew I had been duped yet tried to see if the drug would actually kick in and as I already knew from past fails, it never did. I was scared to call back because Wendy has never learned that the customer is not the reason she is there, her arrogance turns shrill and sharp, she is not a person that you want to try to meet in the middle with. She simply doesn't have the capacity for empathy or conflict resolutional skills. I was committed to a repair, for a ladylike conversation. Wendy made it tough. She is not aware that female misogyny violates the beautiful brand Nurse Jamie has built. I ended up coming in person to have a conversation with Kelly. She admitted they didn't have what I paid for at the January service, I used all my courage and time to drive over an hour away to come to some sort of reconciliation. I was vulnerable and shared I could have given my money to the fire victims, simply waited patiently for the product to be in stock. Wendy actually tried to bribe me again with "complimentary skin tightening" a) it's an admission of guilt, b) deeply disrespectful ... I tried to email. My written communication was denied and met with a hideous email back that was beyond insulting, blocking me from whom I asked to speak with; promising a 50% discount, blaming me that MY Botox didn't work. The discount never came. I emailed again with facts and taking the time to share. No one responded. I let them know I was going after multiple phone calls, emails and in person attempts to have my hard earned money returned for a paying for something I did not receive, I would sadly have to go to my bank for help recouping my loss. Months later, I finally received the partial payment that Wendy emailed me she would be crediting. What they told my bank so unacceptable and they are coming back for all of my money. I'm not trying to be longwinded and out of respect for a woman's business and reputation I am doing my best to keep this as succinct as possible. I am lucky to have options: I have an excellent banker who is my advocate, Dr. Lisa Benest's office (less than a mile away) or Los Feliz Med Spa with Michelle, all woman mentioned here will never do what Wendy would. It hurts because Kelly is a Queen and helped when my gal was on pregnancy leave. I want to mention her specifically because her gentle hand, ability to come forward with integrity in this unfortunate episode, reveals the shape of her heart. She is the reason I chose to go way out of my way to the other side of LA - I trust her with my face.

Overpriced and mediocre.

Jamie did an excellent job on my tattoo removal. She uses state-of-the-art lasers which work much more efficiently than lasers used at other places I've gone to before. As this was the first session on this particular tattoo, it should only take maybe two or three more sessions until it's fully removed. I highly recommend Beauty Ranch if you're looking for effective and quick tattoo removal.
