I use the Dentist service and I really recommend there service.

Friendly staff. Always helping me when I need the help. And squeezing me in without appointments just need to be patient, that’s all.

This place is the absolute worst, so unorganized. I have had five appointments here that never happened. They always messed up on your appointment time and they never communicate correctly. I had to miss work to go and then they say the podiatrist cannot see you. Also another time the doctor says to come back because she cannot help you. And this one last time is my very last time here, they told me my appointment is at 11, I go and not only was it under someone else's name the appointment was at 10am. I get test results sent to me with my name on it but I have never done the test. I would get confirmation emails about an upcoming appointment that I have never made. It takes a half day to try and get a hold of someone to answer your call. I have called my insurance plan and will be seeking appointments elsewhere. Don't even bother just switch while you are ahead.

I missed a call about picking up new glasses last week. I have tried every day to call and schedule a time to collect and no one answers. I left a message with my number and no one calls back. I'm now on hold for nearly 30 minutes and counting. I understand if you are short-staffed, but wow.

This place need to be shut down this is crazy I’m flabbergasted at the service

I use to come here when it was mix nationality, now you come here and get the worst , non progressional excuses. Every appointment is a month or month(s) away. All reps. don't have any customer service experience nor the answers when it comes to patients. Every time I come to this location on Crenshaw I'm never satisfied , either they changed my location without approval and on their behave or I have to reschedule my appointment because I'm sitting down waiting for a hr to been seen. Unacceptable. They will have you sitting in the lobby while nobody present then avoid taking you if you the only one inside as well only walk in. Rather it's appointment or walk in they treat you poorly and not professional, I see all Hispanics come in be seen while everyone else is waiting to be seen or told they have to reschedule.

Barely functional clinic. The bad reviews are true! Nobody picks up the phone, they don't respond to voicemails, and they don't call you back when they say they will

The absolutely the worst costumer service health centers

I was on pain for 2weeks, finally could get an appointment there, then a NP showed up with a zero knowledge! even they forgot to submit the request for the specialist. it's 2 days I'm 📱 calling their office and nobody answer the phone!!!!!!!!! Please shut down this clinic. even a Vet clinic is more responsible than these people.

Due to how i was scared of the failure of the surgery. The dental department assured me everything will be alright. I am now reflecting on how amazing females are when they know how to handle a patient, without complications. I highly recommend BaHC to everyone. I will continue and mever forget you.
