I have been working with Dr. Basseri with my gut issues on and off for over four years. It took me awhile to get an initial appointment because he is in high demand. I have always found him to be very attentive and helpful, even when I would argue about not wanting to take medications. He listened and tried to find an alternative that might also work. I also really love his medical assistant Patty. She is also extremely busy, but is able to address my needs in an efficient and kind manner. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Basseri and his crew, consider yourself blessed. They are both kind people who have even stated to me "We are always here for you." That message alone is very healing.

The doctor is ok, its the office and the people that work for him that is horrible, no return phone calls and does not know what they are doing. They don't return the calls and or take care of insurance needs to be able to get approved and ask the patience how to get approved. there is no follow through.

Impossible to communicate with the office. I’m waiting 5 business days for an ultrasound summary to come back when the technician said it would take 1-2 business days after leaving several messages and voicemails. There’s truly no way to get anyone to speak to you if you call the doctors office you get sent to the voicemail of his assistant as soon as the receptionist hears you say Dr. Basseri’s name. She cut me off mid sentence a handful amount of times when I was trying to explain it was urgent and I needed to speak to someone and not a voicemail. I sent a message on my Cs-link 9 days ago and it still says “Not yet read by staff”. I work as an MA in a medical office that’s super busy and we have never left a patient like this.

Great front-office staff (which is SO important), and best view in Los Angeles! Dr. Basseri is attentive, professional and knows what he's talking about. He strives for positive healthy outcomes. Highly recommended.

Overall experience with Dr. B was GREAT!!! Some of the nurses were rather abrupt--Patty or one as I did not understand something and her comment was rather sharp!!!!! I mis-understood Dr. B when he recommended a "breathing text" as a "BLOOD" TEST. When I mis-understood Patty she was rude.
