From the moment you enter the office you feel at ease. The waiting room is calm and inviting. Everyone that has helped me has been kind, and sweet. They are extremely responsive via email, even when I am asking a ton of questions. Linh responded to me in less than 30 minutes at 9pm on a Saturday night. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgable and kind, and explained things in detail so I had an understanding of why she suggested the protocol she did. She is considerate of the fact that I am paying out pocket and didn't just automatically suggest the most expensive treatments. The experience with this clinic has exceeded my expectations. I had done a lot of research and was about to choose another place, but I'm so glad that I kept looking and found Dr. Thomas and Beverly Hills Fertility.
