I originally went for a consultation about PRP and chin botox but Cindy graciously advised against both. She was very genuine and educational, explaining why those treatments weren't necessary and wouldn't truly benefit me. In addition to being transparent about pricing, I got the impression they didn't want to sell me a service just to make a profit which was refreshing. They even refunded the consult fee since I didn't end up getting any treatment which they didn't have to do. Unexpected yet pleasantly surprised, I'm happy I decided to go here for perspective and the way they handled the visit speaks to their integrity!

I treated myself to my first Potenza microneedling experience for my 46th birthday and I can't tell you how happy I am! Cindy and her team are incredible. Their glass skin is just SO pretty. They are professional and definitely know what they are doing. The office is beautiful and clean. As far as the potenza goes... though I will say that the numbing works but dang were my cheeks juicy during the process. They offer a stress ball and boy did I need it. I also kept chanting "beauty is pain". Once I finished the cycle of 3 treatments, my skin truly is so radiant and smooth. I get compliments ALL THE TIME. Happy to be in maintenance mode now. Finally I got laughing gas at my 4th treatment and it is the way to go! Not sure why I didn't do it before. Highly recommend!

I am reaching 50 now. I have enjoyed the sun and outdoors all my life. My weathered skin aged with sun spots, laxity and fine lines. The providers here have brought some well appreciated youth back to my skin. Both in appearance and firmness. I can’t thank these ladies enough. 10 stars!!

I had just gotten my first experience with microneedling with PRP with Nurse Hannah and she was amazing at helping me relax and the treatment went very smoothly. I'm usually afraid of needles, but the pain is minimal with the numbing cream. Will definitely be coming back again, next time I am confident and willing to try Potenza as Nurse Cindy recommended for my skin :)

The girls are so nice so take this as 2 reviews. The girls demeanor are 5 stars - super sweet Transparency: This was originally for a work assignment covering K-Town businesses. Since the story never ran, I’m sharing my personal review now. I paid for all services myself and never mentioned to the staff that I was working on a story or affiliated with a publication. TL;DR No noticeable difference in my skin. To be fair, I had good skin to begin with, so maybe this is more effective for those with specific concerns. I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. What I Purchased: 3 Potenza (Face & Neck) 3 Skin Boosters 3 PRP Topical 3 PRP Undereye Injections Face Botox & Underarm Botox Rejuran Undereye Injection My Experience: It pains me to say this but, the treatments were underwhelming. Potenza: My eyelids were a key concern, yet they only treated them once across all three sessions. I couldn't take an accurate measure of overall effectiveness because of this. Botox: Neither the face nor underarm Botox seemed effective. They even added more underarm units, but the results were still lacking. It's possible dilution was the issue; they may need to adjust their ratios. Results & Photos: My unedited before-and-after photos and videos showed no noticeable improvement. I asked for their photos, but despite taking multiple shots from various angles, they only provided me with one before and one after—both front-facing. The after photo they sent was edited. I really wanted to love this place because the staff is great but the results weren't there and I did a *lot* of fairly intensive treatments so you would expect significant or at least noticeable changes over the months after the treatments

Every time I receive a treatment here, I feel like I’m sipping from the fountain of youth. The entire staff is amazing. Treatments I recommend — all of them! Treatments I’ve personally gotten, can vouch for, have seen results. Potenza, Rejuran + PRP. If this is your first time it is best to book 3 sessions to see the best results but you will see a difference with just 1.

I started going to Bliss Point recently for botox and have been very happy with my results. My consultation was detailed and they ran through the plan with me and made sure that all of my concern areas were addressed before the service. I like that Bliss Point is run by experienced NPs and that they take photos to document your progress before and after treatment. I feel like they're invested in their clients' progress. The staff really make sure everything is perfect and this has been my best botox experience ever! I will definitely be coming back!

I came here three times in 2024 for Masseter Botox. The first visit was with Cindy and it was fantastic. Really easy to schedule, she dosed me normally, the Botox lasted 3 months and I had only one small minor issue with my follow up appointment. Cindy told me to come back in 3 weeks. When I texted their office to move my check up appointment one day they told me I had to pay a $100 deposit and the complimentary time frame is within a week then later texted it was the 2 week mark was 1/24. Now I have to pay because I was out of the time frame. Cindy told the front desk person who checked me out to schedule it for 3 weeks since it was Masseter Botox. I let this one go because they were still new at the time and it takes a bit to adjust. Seems like it's a family owned business. My 2nd visit was 7/19 Scheduling was simple and easy This time I had the other owner who was cold. No hi, hows it going thanks for coming back. She maybe said 5 words to me and didn't check in to see how my results were or if I wanted to change anything. My dose remained the same here. When I booked, I had mention that I did not want to use Botox because the solution wears off in one month and wanted to opt for Dysport or Xeomin. When she came in this was not addressed and she just treated me and I was on my way. My 3rd visit was 9/20 I texted and noted that my treatment from 7/19 did not last long and wanted to make another appointment. It lasted for about one month and wore off. New photos were taken but it was not addressed what solution was used and why it didn't last long. I had the other cold owner again (not Cindy) My dosage doubled this visit.regular dosage: 10 on one side, 15 on one side. She suggested 25 on each side this visit. I mentioned again to please not use Botox bc it wears off quickly and I would prefer Dysport or Xeomin. I trusted her and just went with it. I'm not really happy with my results and service here. They lack of follow up and just kindness when you're being treated. She probably said 6 words to me again. Improvements the business can make: Better follow up with customers Spend more time chatting through "what are your goals for this visit, how was your last visit ETC" Double check which solution the patient wants to use Dose accordingly - I feel like we could of tried 18 units on each side but 25 was just to make a sales goal. I found them on TikTok and really wanted to support a women owned business. I spent over $1,000 just for mid level service. Kind of bummed.

It’s hard to put into words how much Cindy and the team at Blisspoint have changed my life and my skin. I am not joking when I say she single-handedly took 10 years off my face. I cannot recommend Blisspoint enough to anyone reading this! I trust Cindy with my life and she just *knows* what to do. Such a pro!
