I reached out to Blue Sky Psychiatry because I was struggling with sleep issues and wanted a thorough evaluation of my current SNRI medication. From my very first appointment with Shira Crohn, I felt like I was in safe hands. She asked thoughtful, comprehensive questions and created a space that felt kind and supportive. With her guidance and adjustments to my medications, I’ve been able to sleep well for the first time in almost 20 years. That change alone has been life changing. Shira has a friendly personality and a gentle, understanding approach that makes it easy to open up. While she’s the first provider I’ve seen for psychiatry, I’ve had plenty of experience with doctors over the years, and she stands out for how much she genuinely listens and cares. The office staff is also amazing—Hali, Jonna, and the whole team have been so kind, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. We've talked about various aspects of my treatment, and she has worked with me to find the right combination that works (which we did!) She's just good people, not there to cram as many appointments in as possible, just to run off to golf or something. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

PA Shira Crohn has been a huge help for me. She takes the time to find the right medication instead of just rushing to prescribe something, and she’s also helped me figure out lifestyle changes that actually fit my life. Dr Yael Saidoff is an unbelievably great therapist. Kind, warm, empathetic and wise, Yael makes it a lot easier to work on yourself and your relationships. I felt comfortable from our very first session and over time I have been able to work through things that have plagued me for far too many years. Yael has gone out of her way to work with my schedule, has been an amazing sounding board, challenges me always and is very kind and thoughtful in her approach at all times. There are no easy answers in therapy but working with somebody as wonderful as Yael means that the process, which includes many very difficult moments, becomes that much more meaningful and that much more bearable when you have this wonderful person in your corner.
