i got a refural here from la care. they do not answer the phone nor does the voice mail say the hours. i fond this very unprofessional and have had to request a different refural. Since they dont even list there hours on maps or voice mail i came here when the office was closed!! thanks for waisting my time!! and it was like 3.30 on thurs!!

The single rudest doctor in the dirtiest office I have ever been to. Did not even close the doors between patients violating HIPPA regulations you can imagine. I listened to an entire conversation his office was having with a young child and their family about a circumcision. Which had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I have since contacted the California medical board to file a formal complaint against this man who should clearly have retired decades ago. Do not go there. And if you do go there at your own peril.

He may know what he's doing, but I was left waiting an hour in the waiting room prior to my appointment. Then, I went in to find the paper on the table had not yet been changed from the previous patient. That was disgusting enough. Then he mumbled and spoke very quickly and when I would ask him to stop or repeat himself he got angry. To make all of this worse, he left the doors open while a patient was discussing their personal information and when I told him that I could hear all of it, and that I was uncomfortable, he said just wait a minute wait a minute. He was in clear violation of HIPAA laws.

Impossible to reach, promised to prescribe medicine and set a date for a test and disappeared for two weeks, even though my husband has serious condition!! How we can reach your office??

1:30 appointment and waited 2 hours to see the doctor. Waiting room was packed, standing room only, and very comfortable. Front desk reception was extremely bad. The entire experience was unprofessional. I can't stress this enough ... do not go to this doctor. Find someone else. Zero stars

Doctor Landis is the most dedicated professional we have ever met. He exudes genuine concern & kindness for his patients & family members. He goes to the extreme in providing healthy outcomes to all those he serves. He treated my brother for years & because of his remarkable care we were able to enjoy our brother awhile longer. ❤

Doctor Landis' bedside manner, professionalism, and most importantly humor put me at ease as he performed surgery. I knew I was in good hands with his 40 + years experience. Grateful

Dr. Landis is literally a life saver. I came down with Septic Shock 3 times as a result of a kidney infection. All this hit me at the worst possible time -- during the outbreak of COVID 19. I was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis and was blessed to find Dr. Landis was there at that time. After reviewing the tests results, he immediately gathered his crew, took me to the surgery room, and removed all toxic elements from my kidney.Throughout the entire process, he was extremely comforting, compassionate, and caring. He is a very insightful, well experienced and extremely humane doctor.

He knows how to quickly diagnose and treat problems, and he listens! I can't recommend him enough. He earns your trust and gives you options. He's brilliant yet down to earth, informal. A casual man but careful, accurate and reliable. Goes the extra mile to make sure all is well. Patient, a gentleman! Works fast but takes all the time you need to understand different aspects of your pathology, as well as a course of treatment he knows will work for you.
