Was completely professional and caring. Explained all in detail and was very helpful was the service I personally received. When I called the office to get an appointment they were quick to get me in as it was urgent.
Unconventional Practices Not Patient friendly Ball dropped after 2 Visits to Set up Surgery for Kidney Stones Phone call are answered by Recording after long Wait times messages left No Return Call Complaining gets you suggestion to go elsewhere. Seek 2nd Opinion! Appointment Times & Date dictated w out you're input of availability Don't ask too Many questions! Get a GRIP !!Trust and Confidence and Follow Thru Important to any Dr -Patient relationship Dissmissed Myself as a Patient of Dr Haynes thru Patient Portal within 1 hour Blocked my Profile So Not Professional Fastest Response ,weeks to get 1st appointment WASTED TIME!
Dr. Haynes was by far the best urologist I’ve come in contact with after seeing so many urologists for my kidney stone problem. I made an appointment the staff was polite and professional and Dr. Haynes didn’t waste anytime regarding getting me treated. I was seen one day and within the next 2 weeks I was scheduled for surgery. I have not had any issues since. I would recommend Urology Group of Southern California to anyone!!!
One of the worst physicians I have ever dealt with! He does not have the courtesy to call patients or families. I was able to reach his partners and they give him the message and he doesn’t have the decency to call back. Saint Joseph in Burbank reached out to this urologist and I recommend to stay away. When calling his office and answering service that barely speaks English answers and will not let you reach the physician.. He is the type of doctor that makes the medical profession look horrible!
Most unprofessional doctor I’ve come across. He was very rude and always interrupted me when speaking. The only reason I’m giving him a 2 star than a 1 star was because he still told me to get a 2nd opinion and booked me one for it. Other than, do not waste your money to see this guy.
If you need a prescription, Dr. Haynes is adequate. If you need anything beyond that, I would try to see a different urologist.
Nice--easy to find.
Unprofessional. Not knowledgeable. Treats patients like an inconvenience.
Of the many medical professionals I've dealt with throughout my journey with cancer, Brandon Haynes has been the most wildly unprofessional. I was referred to another urologist in the same group after side effects from chemotherapy affected my hormones. During my first visit, he would ask a question and then interrupt me before I finish speaking to speak to me in a condescending tone. That tone continued after the pharmacy and his own front desk staff gave me contradictory instructions for a new medication and when he called and I was anxious, I was again spoken to with absolutely no sensitivity, only more condescending. After 8 weeks of taking this new medication after being told that we'd follow up with a more permanent solution, my appointment was cancelled as he was in surgery (understandably). When the front desk called to reschedule, I asked if I would need blood work first to avoid an unnecessary in-person visit and wasn't given any other option than to reschedule an appointment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
