I needed to get several tests done for pre-operative clearance. They were so nice and efficient. Bloodwork, EKG, Chest x-ray we’re completed within an hour or so. I was a walk-in. Parking in the garage off the Bringham side of the building could be self-park or valet. Parking cost seemed normal.
Really appreciate the staff and doctor here. They are kind and patient. They tried to make your visit as convenient as possible.
This place is overpriced and very difficult to get in touch with. It had an impersonal, coldish culture, other than the doctor and the nurse who were actually very nice. Not the friendliest of vibes overall, results are not prompt by any means, and it is overcrowded and probably understaffed. Wouldn’t go back. Don’t bother calling. You’ll just get a voice that answers “Can I put you on hold” and then you’ll never get taken off hold. And when you go to the front desk, instead of “hello, how can I help you” , you get a brisk “please check yourself in” . Not entirely sure this place wants clients.
If you want to witness slowness, mediocrity and lack of customer empathy at its peak, then Brentview Medical is the place to be. These guys hold the world record for the longest Covid-test protocol and seem to be constantly raising the bar. Make sure to know your name by heart because they’ll ask for it about a dozen times, both electronically and orally, bring the book that’s been sitting on your nightstand and pack dinner, just in case you feel hungry two hours into the process. Oh, I just forgot to say that we were the only patients that day. A true, iconic medical must-do if you’re in the Brentwood area.
Was one of the first patients. Team specifically said they’d call with rapid testing results within 15 minutes. Took them nearly an hour. The location is probably the worst I’ve been to as far as urgent cares in LA.
They prescribed Tamiflu even though my flu test came back negative. Said that if I'm not better in a couple of days to call back for a telemed consult, so at 11:20am on Sunday I called, and was told there were 3 people in front of me and I would get a link when the doctor was ready. Nearly NINE HOURS LATER still nothing, and I am desperately in need of meds. Tell patients you can't see them, or can't talk to them, don't leave them waiting all day by the phone. Have some respect for people's time.
Had a great experience here. Walked in on a weekday morning for an aggressively swollen sore throat, was seen within 15 minutes, then the team and the PA ran multiple tests, gave me a shot, and prescribed me meds all within 45 minutes. Great experience w/ friendly and efficient team.
Came down from detroit and really needed a covid test done and we was so frustrated with finding a place and we found Brentview and they made the process so easy and quick I totally recommend 🔥🔥
Please, please do NOT go to Brentview Medical for anything. I visited them for a COVID test, I did the tele consult beforehand to ensure it was covered by insurance, and they still billed me for it. I paid the balance via credit card. Then, I receive ANOTHER bill. Now, irritated after they billed my insurance AND charged me already, I sent an email explaining the situation and saying that I would not pay a third time for their services. They did not respond. So I sent a follow-up email, with no response. Months later, I see it was sent to collections. They will do everything to force you into paying them more than agreed to.Save yourself money and a headache and go to any other urgent care. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

I called to get a covid 19 test since I had an emergency to travel to overseas. I can’t not say enough about how professional, friendly and accommodating this facility is. In a matter of a few minutes I did their information request online, got confirmation got an appointment got a face to face phone appointment. I am amazed and so pleased with how fast everything got done. Words does not describe their prompt response and professionalism. Thank You and keep up the great work that you do.
I have no issues with the medical part and the medical specialists are professional. The issue is about billing part. If you are paying out of pocket and need a statement that outlines what services did you receive and their amounts to provide an evidence to your FSA, good luck. That is going to be a waste of time and you will receive no statement: not on the same day, not in 2 weeks which is the max ETA timeline that they will provide after you spend 2 hours trying to get to speak with someone from their billing department. We’ve asked for statement/detailed invoice 3 times, 3 weeks have passed, and we still have no statement. Also, when we needed to grab lab results, we have asked if everything is ready and we can just get the documents and nothing else is needed, they said yes, so we assumed we will take an hour off during our business hours and spend like 10-30 minutes max. We spent 3 hours in the clinic only because the processes are not effective and we had to wait for something mystical to happen when we were just expecting to grab the documents. My suggestions are: 1) change attitude and timeline for billing requests, patients are providing you with resources for employees salaries and clinic maintenance, 2) provide clear estimates and instructions, don’t make people wait when everything is ready to grab.
If you want to spend your afternoon in a waiting room, go for it

Had a long wait, but found out that if you are coming for LHI they treat you like a walk in. That means you can literally come when you want. Staff was great! One star for LHI but the clinic was good.
Seems to be trouble in paradise. Not a pleasurable experience. The office is dingy as is not maintained. The real concern was the staff bickering about the importance of codes. Apparently half the staff does not feel looking up proper billing codes is an important part of the customer experience. This must lead to billing nightmares for the customer. Plan on waiting an long time for subpar service.
Highly unethical and arguably attempting to defraud patients. Went twice and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Both times their billing coded the bill incorrectly and tried to leave me on the hook for the whole balance. Once my insurance got involved, patients responsibility became $0 for both bills. It’s been 7 months, just got a reminder to pay that bill of which insurance confirmed I am absolutely not responsible for as the provider has already been. Highly unethical vulture like practice. Leaves me uneasy that they are taking advantage of patients in an attempt to get higher payouts. You should be ashamed!
